Worst experience today,,,, the waiters there are keeps staring us customers while we are eating, everyone wears thier masks below their chin, then what the use of using masks thats make no sense, also noticed they holding food bare handedly,,,, worst waiters,,, dont know the descipline to serve the food to customers,,,, is the owner havent feeding thier workers as they staring at our food

They do not state the policy clearly upon the website for unmarried couples. So I had to cancel my booking. First he said I could have a refund, then later when I asked him for it, he said that I must cancel my booking online to get a refund. No refund is available online so either lies, or he neglected to give me proper information on the refund policy.

I didnt ordered food in the property. It was good location. There was no such time boundaries for going out and coming back. I didnt checked about free WiFi facility there.

The location was good. Rooms were okay. Facilities were not available that much like no Wi-Fi etc. Service was good.

Hotel is good , price wise and neatness. but there exist some stupid and idiot people who wont provide hot water if you wish to take bath in the evening. If you ask them they would say that it is provided only in the morning. These people have different philosophy for taking hot water bath and it must be in the morning.😂🤣

Poor room service. Hotel is good for food court only not for the rooms. They have provided a room and it doesnt have any good things to list out. Its my humble request if your planing to go this hotel. Please think twice before you spend money on it ....

Very untidy and stinky rooms.. manager makes u take the double room stating unavailability of single room and overcharges.. 850 bucks for these stinky room in this age of oyorooms is too much..

Rooms are not so very cleaned and bathrooms were very bad and not maintained properly. The rooms does not worth the money which we give 👎

We checked in at 9 pm in the night and the next day at 12 pm the hotel people asked us to check out saying the booking was for 1 day only. It should be for 24 hours. Not happy, I was there with my family.
