Disgusting food, will never order again

Absolutely Disgusted by the service. Making me wait more than an hour for my food that was paid for. Never received and my friends got theres told me itll come in half an hour phoned back now saying theyll give me it tomorrow no no I want it now as Im left out while my friends have eaten. Ridiculous!!! Make sure you read the orders and count them first🖕

Revolting food. Dont waste your money unless you enjoy your meal swimming in oily grease. This was the first time I ever managed to fold a pappadum in half without it breaking.mango chutney tasted like vinegar, raita was thin. Hardly any veg in the korma and no bindhi bhajee. This is enough to put you off BIR food for life

Ive been to bithika before their food is decent as Im not much of a kebab person but would b 1 of the very few places I do like. Tonight we ordered a delivery (as apposed to collecting) pizza and 2 kebabs this took the grand total of 1 hour 45 mins to be delivered after being assured it was 10 mins away after already waiting an hour. The delivery driver couldnt crack a smile and didnt plan on giving me my change the pizza was freezing and the chips were soggy and cold the kebabs were slightly warm. I had to put the food into the oven to warm up. Definitely not how I expect a £30 meal to be . After trying to phone to rectify I got hung up on twice and left to listen to a lady ordering a chicken tikka and a madras with rice. Hope she had more luck than myself

Been coming to Bithika for over 20 years and tonight Im told they no longer do a vegetable pakora Kebab as theyve changed the menu. Looks like the end of an era and a lost customer.

Absolutely the worst takeaway Ive ever had. 46 years of age and first time Ive ever complained about anything online. My brother who is a butcher reckons there was about 95 pence worth of chicken in their 6.95 chicken tikka kebab. Order came to nearly £23. A, frozen meal from a supermarket would have been better value. The onion chutney was just coarsely sliced onions in chilli sauce. Avoid at all costs

All I could taste was salt no real flavour in my kebab the main course was watery and tasteless not what you expect with Asian food I lived in London and the Indian food is much better and cheaper funnily. My Krems naan had no Krems I could go one but Im bored the whole meal was awful

Love bithika have been going for years. Their chilli dipping sauce is class. Chef always makes the orders tailored to my requests and the curry is always great! I love a chicken tikka dansak! Naan breads always great too, wee bit sweet. Keema rice is also yummy!!

Would not recommend. Food was freezing. 3 bits of chicken on my tikka kebab and it also had soggy chips. We also ordered a gravy chip and got no gravy with cold chips. Terrible customer service, ingnorant and cheeky.

I have been getting from Bithika for years and am always impressed with their hot currys. They pay attention to amended orders done online and last night their employee was very pleasant, polite and patient on the phone when we had a crying new born in the background. The food once again was delicious. Keep up the good work! Thanks

This place used to be the go to place for Indian grub... Has changed over the past 3 years... Bithika special kebab is amazing.. I wouldnt recommend there pizza... Also the vindalo used to be so hot and so tasty but now its changed to :(

Called in for a kebab whilst working over in Ireland and oh what it treat that was. The kebab was so nice I went back the 2nd night and decided to try a curry and once again that was well worth the walk in the rain. Im here again too so just eaten my curry and a cant wait until tomorrow to go again 100 out of 100 for food. Id also like to say the staff here are so nice and friendly too they make any takeaway a treat ;-) THANKS GUYS

The most bland take out Ive ever got, barely ate it. The chicken tikka masala tasted like tesco bought microwave (honestly tesco would have had more flavour). It was like eating flavourless mush, really regret buying from here. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else.

The food is so so, even if you are very hungry.we asked for garlic sauce in the kebab,but they didntwe paid for garlic sauce but didnt get it.they dont put napkins and forks if you get food takeaway.

Bread was lovely but the portion size was pathetic and the meat seemed like left overs, such a shame could of been one of the best!

Racist, I’ve been their twice with my housemate and the guy threatened to call the cops because we asked for extra sauce. Delivery driver had to defuse the situation, we were not intoxicated, just hungry.Also the food is dodgy af. As an Indian it’s absolutely horrible. Do better.

Seriously tasty food for the price. After a night out u dont expect such quality. The chips are probably the best in Belfast. The palak paneer was sublime.

Stay away from the new pizza menu claim to be best in Belfast after only two weeks lol. Pizza was just warm and that was after 2 minutes of being served. Waste of time putting the tomato base on it no taste to it. Then because they do good Indian food, there was that distinctive Indian smell in the pizza bread. Toppings where good although not enough and could have had a bit more cheese too. That amounts too not a good pizza.

The food is great but the customer service is severely lacking. The delivery service is particularly awful. My advice is to go into the takeaway if you are wanting to order food. The hassle of wrong orders or orders that are simply not delivered is not worth it.The food is great though!After complaining to the manager my previous issues were resolved.

This used to be a great place ,,,, but the food is now made with cheap ingredients and bland spices ! It’s lost its individuality........ nothing stands out anymore , so never be back after years of regular custom .

First time eating from here, the chicken tikka patia, rice & nan was superb but the chicken pakora starter was average, I would give 4.5 stars if I had the option available but I will be buying from here again definitely.

Ordered from there twice, the first time they got the order wrong, the second time i got food poisoning.There are a few much better takeaways on the same street that Im sure will actually cook the chicken if you ask.

Went in to Bithika, ordered a 7 Margarita for around £5, what i was served was geniunely (hands down) the worst pizza i have ever been served in my life ( and ive had some bad ones in my time). Opened the box when i got home to a square shaped 5 wide lump of uncooked dough with perhaps a teaspoon of tomato sauce and a smattering of cheese covering half of the pizza. I noticed while waiting they say their pizzas are cooked using only the finest ingredients. Went straight in the bin, last time i go there.

Ordered food at 12.30 food finally arrived at 2.00 freezing cold with half of it missing , ordered a toco chip and got a chip and what looked like a garlic chip with chilli mixed in (Im sorry a toco chip involves mince cheese and toco sauce) so that needs to be changed on menu , got a kebab with very little meat it looked like a kids meal, very poor customer services , they didnt seem interested in the slightest in helping just kept giving excuses , I asked for a full refund as none of my meal was able to be eaten was told it would be theyre within 20 mins and by 3.30 still no refund , this place us a disgrace I wouldnt suggest any1 to eat out of here , they dnt even deserve 1 star

I fancied this dish tonight as I hadnt eaten it in a long time. I couldnt eat it as it was very spicy and there was large chunks of onions through it.

Got a curried chip and it smelt like sick and a garlic chip that was actually just a normal chip with a tub of garlic sauce (not mayo) on the side.Granted it was in the early hours of the morning but still.
