You may be thinking so whats the difference between BLK Box and Rogue? Theyre both make really good quality products and they both seem to be obsessed with black.Well simply. When ready, your goods come so much quicker despite using the same delivery service as Rogue.....and BLK Box do seem to be able to deviate from black, occasionally.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery. Quality of equipment was excellent. I purchased for home use having used their equipment in cross fit studios. Bench is really solid and easy put togeter and excellent value for money. Delivered right to my door by courier who was really polite and helpful.. Overall excellent experience. Awful company in relation to customer services.I spoke to Jordan who promised to return a call in relation the the products I had purchased, no returned call. Subsequently I had to phone back and spoke to John, who again gave me his word he would call me straight back, and guess what ?Quick enough to take payment, awful when it comes to locating my products that I’ve been waiting nearly a month for. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Fantastic products and customer service - I ordered a red goliath half rack, adjustable bench, belfast bar and set of 100kg heavy duty impact bumpers. All are fantastic and were delivered well within the advertised lead time. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company - will definitely be buying more kit!!

Absolutely shocking service and communication. Nearly a month for an “in stock” item to be dispatched and very little in the way of explanation from anyone. Take your money elsewhere. There is no excuses for poor communication.

I contacted BLK BOX about ordering products that had just returned into stock. I received a response asking for the full order details including name, address and what I required. I sent this off and haven’t received a response since. Very poor customer service in my experience.

Great quality stuff, came really speedily and really nice design. Our bench even came mostly pre assembled which was great as we nearly screwed up the one bit of assembly we had to do!

Great products, the garage gym is coming on great. Anything I needed advice on the team were more than willing to go above and beyond.

Emailed to ask about the possibility of a custom set up for a gym. That was over a month ago, still havent heard back. Clearly dont want the business and to be honest with this kind of customer service I dont think I want to deal with them. On second review equipment is overpriced for what it is anyways, so probably saved myself a lot of money.
