Very poor service... Once they sold appliances...at the time of purchase they insure that we arrange all services for installation....then they totally forgot about installation...if u call again for installation they cant answer the phone or they switched off the phone...

Very bad service and uses abusive language on customer

Poor Customer service. The Team seems very lathargic and irresponsible to our concerns . For the past 2 weeks there is no resolution to our wrongful AC installation. Which is in very dangerous condition. Nobody is coming for the reinstallation and they have been ignoring my personal calls as well after i have requested several times. Really Pathetic service. Without proper service the quality of the brand recognition is really degraded.
