Nice showroom and service center was too good

I dont want to give a single star to this showroom. Non sense people work here. They even dont know how to talk with customers.This is my first servicing for TVS Apache RTR 160 here. They took bikes rear break pad. It was working nicely until the servicing is done. When i went back they talked rudely to me and my colleague. When I ask them why its not working they said that it was not working before the servicing. Non sense.The guy name with Deepak Ingole, who serviced the bike talked rudly to my colleague when my colleague asked for bike part.

Service was good but wasnt transparent. Costumers were not allowed in workshop to see how they work!But yes I had no complaints about servicing so its not an issue

All is well...but got 1000rs discount quotation from other TVS Showroom ..

Timings mentioned are wrong. It is closed on Sunday. In information it is showing in map as open on Sunday as well. Watchman is arrogant. Called them and have taken appointment but office was remain closed on Sunday.So worst customer service.

First time they shown me different helmet and at the time of recieving giving another and no one responding you properly even they are free will chat on mobile but will not answer you after 2 to 3 calls also.
