Fabulous place to stay at reasonable cost with all the amenities nearby. Landscaping is excellent with a pool supported by a play area for children and cleanliness is maintained in well fashion. Only problem is the brainless security service behaving arrogantly with the occupants.

I stayed there approx two months, nice place, beautiful garden and good playing area for kids

Too expensive rental fee

Medium-High End place suitable for professionals. Value for money, Great location, great building maintenance, great positive vibe. Spacious condo units. The guards here cant communicate well. One of them always give me a hideous look which upsets me. Not sure why. Hence the 4 stars.

Nice condo. Worth your money to invest and stay there. Good design. Garden view is good. Can enjoy the view of children play in playground, swim in pool, the joy noise make u feel happy and not lonely, like a big home.Without leaving your condo, u can dine in the canteen type restaurant. But u can find a lot nice cafe, eating places, just a short walking distance (building next to Putra place).

Our family member have been living peacefully here for years; Good location & well maintained apartment . Will be more delight if the security who patrolling the swimming pool area could be more polite to the pool user.

Nice condominium with strategic location, Next toward left side is Summerston and within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Bay Avenue and queensbay mall. Good for food hunting and shopping. Toward right there is one big drain which has nice sunset view but the water is a bit smelly when walk closer.

The security guards here is very arrogant to the residents. They always throws a suspicious look to the poeple living here and not communicate good to them. When you use any facility here, you will feel like you are given a favour service from these security guys, they always watch you and behind you for silly small things which is very uncomfortable and spoils the good mood you want to spend with family - especially in the swimming pool. Other than gurads everything is very good.

I just want to respond to the bad experiences and review of Manoy Edward.This location is a residence for permanent residence, not for holiday or homestay.BUT ... unfortunately there are owners who rent out for short term. This does not make the atmosphere any better, and it often means that disrespectful and noisy strangers walk around who THINK they are at a hotel. When someone is denied access to the swimming pool, this is for a serious reason, and it lies with the visitor himself. Some do not wear swimsuits, cover tneir wife in a burka,(ninjas belong in Japan) do not shower, bring food to the pool, are noisy, litter, smoke, do not keep their children under control, do not respect the terms and conditions, ...Security has the order to make sure everything runs smoothly, so when you have problems with the security guards, something is wrong with you and your attitude. In 1st world accommodation we expect 1st world behavior.Decision: homestay is illegal !!

Home sweet home

The place is clean but one thing i dislike is the security guards in the guard house are rude and no manners. They give me a feeling that visitors are unwelcome.

One of the best garden in condominiums... Kids pool come with slide and waterfall... Seldom see this kind of garden nowadays.

This condominium is quite convenient for people that work in bayan lepas free trade zone as the queensbay mall also nearby.

My house in Penang for 3 years.Simple condo with nice garden. In need of renovation as the walls and doors are very dirty and shabby, the gym is in poor condition, but the management is mainly concerned with the security.

Lol, that guard house is very selfish, I want to park for a while, but there are people who are greedy brg .. puila ..

Multipurpose condo houses like gym and spacious pools .. clean ... eye-catching ... elite areas in qbay ... close to supermarkets and expansive seas ... waking up in the morning can be jogging x stress ... sometimes the sea is blue ... and sometimes the sea is green ... beautiful creation of god ... so ..

Im from Tasikmalaya Indonesia, 3 months I was here while running a training at Jerejak Resort .. And really miss wanting to have a holiday there ..
