Beauty of Boudh 🛕🙏

One of the attractions of Boudh town. This small Hanuman temple has been constructed on bed of the river Mahanadi at about 200 mtr from the shore. There is a ramp along with stairs built all the way till the temple. Adequate space is available to park 4 wheeler on the side of the road and walk down the ramp to reach the temple. The entire place is Rocky and get bathed in the golden rays of sun during sunset making it look surreal. One can also view boats ferrying villagers to and from an inhabitated Island inside the river. The legend has it that the temple never drowns even when the river is flooded, it is said that if the river drowns so would the town of Boudh.

A half km distance from the busstand inside the river mahanadi this temple is situated. Near the matangeswar temple it is inside the river bed. Other than rainy season you can come here. Regularly many people visits the temple. Not so much crowded but the beauty of sunset and the breeze are enjoyble during summer.
