Their menu has many options: benedicts, pancakes, crepes, French toasts, waffles, skillets, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, breakfast poutines, avocado toasts and kids menu. At the first glance, menu items seem a bit pricey, but they offer big portions.We ordered Angus Benedict and Smooth Like Butter Waffle. They were both delicious and made out of fresh ingredients.I would definitely want to try other menu items.
Food was amazing! Went in as a large group of 11 and the service was terrific. Alex was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The portions are big so go in hungry because the food is so tasty you dont want to leave any!
I just paid $4.99 for a side of suspicious microwave-esque bacon. This place was popping once but now seems to be going through some changes. I used to order their chorizo benny every week but since the menu change I’ve noticed huge drop offs in quality, taste and presentation. Curdled hollandaise either completely hard or broken poached eggs. It used to be worth the price but now I’m sure it’s not. Here’s my potato latke benny. Goopy gluey not great at all. And my breakfast poutine with 4 cheese curds. Super disappointed, this place was my go to and every time I order I think maybe it ended up this way because it was rushed but now it’s consistent. Consistently mediocre.
Had a delicious brunch here. The location is clean, organized and spacious. The food options and portion sizes are also very good. Overall a very pleasant experience. We stayed for long time enjoying our food and the server was very attentive and didn’t rush us in any way. Will definitely come back for more.

Well if youre looking for a place that has amazing breakfast/ brunch this is the spot! The food portions are out of this world and the flavours are incredible! The French toast, crepes & pancakes are to die for! Also, cappuccinos are really good. If you looking for a second date spot this is it! Trust me its like if Demetris & Coras were infused! Staff are also so kind every time cant believe how amazing this place is no complaints also smoothies are sweet and perfect. Btw you get Tic Tacs at the end of the meal which is a beautiful touch! Its hard to believe this place is a chain restaurant. If you have the ability visit this place!
We really love the food, but this rating is for the poor communication and service we experienced today. I called the restaurant to find out how busy it is (we were 5 minutes away), they said they weren’t busy at all. When we arrived there was a line up of people who had been waiting and inside the restaurant was a cluster of people and no order whatsoever. I waited a while to finally talk to someone and even then was not give a clear answer about waiting list or how to even put my name down. There were three girls at the front and no one could communicate with me about how long the wait was or how to even be on a wait list. Front service in a nutshell, was brutal. Love the food and service in the restaurant, but this is the third time we have experienced poor front service and I had to write something about it today. Figure it out, guys.

Beautiful Environment & Welcoming Staff. Just wish Head Office would allow me to substitute Bacon, Ham, Sausage for non meat options without additional charge. Since I & many others cant have them for religious reasons. Also not alot of vegetarian options which makes my discussion more difficult.
Amazing experience! Staff was so friendly extremely accommodating. Service was amazing. I ordered the Opa and you can change the style you want your egg, I asked for sunny side up, which was absolutely delicious. The amount of fruit is excellent too. Their timing is impeccable, no waiting at all, incredible quick and I was there in a Sunday morning they were pretty busy but still I have no complains. I’ll be back anytime soon. Been here a couple times now and the food is always kept at a high standard and if there is a concern or issue, the staff has always been eager to help and make amends to try and satisfy your needs! How can you complain about that?Speaking of complaining about nice staff, Hanna (or should I say Karen), down below decided that the staff werent very nice. Well based on her review, she didnt have a reservation (Google Maps clearly states that reservations are required). But the staff decided to put her on the list for 2:30. Well..thats the staff accommodating her once so far. But she says shes unhappy with that? Shes unhappy she got placed at 2:30 because SHEs the one who didnt make a reservation? How is that their fault she didnt make a reservation? 2:30 comes around and they mention that they close at 3 but have no problem staying open to 3:30...so thats the staff being accommodating twice now. And if you didnt like your seat, you could have either made mention to try and get a different spot in a respectable manner. Im failing to see why shes complaining.I cannot stand people who make complaints when its their own fault while the staff clearly are doing the best they can. Its been a tough time for everyone. Anyone reading this review, please take Hannas with a grain of salt.
Good food, great ambiance! Good for groups, families, couples! Food wise I really enjoyed it. The home fries were good but not superb.I ordered chorizo Benedict - I really liked it. My friend ordered Santa Fe Benedict - which I tried and was delicious! My friends also ordered few other sweet dishes which I got to try. The red velvet pancake was pretty good!Great breakfast place for sure! Highly recommend it!

I enjoy dining in and have mostly had great experiences, but today I ordered takeout breakfast for the first time and it was the worst! I literally threw most of it out.When I ordered, I was told pick up would be in 15 minutes. When I got there it wasnt ready, which is fine, but when I received the food 10 minutes later, everything was cold. If it wasnt being freshly made, why was I waiting? On top of that, I ordered scrambled eggs well done and I received a cut up omelette. There was probably a handful of breakfast potatoes (not at all the amount that you pay for). The toast was cold and looked like it had cream cheese on it, but no, it was loads of cold butter.I didnt order anything complicated, but boy did they make it look hard. Will never order takeout from here again!! So disappointed.
Very large breakfast restaurant, lots of seating and lovely atmosphere. The tables are very close together when it’s really busy and it’s very loud because of the high ceilings. The food is very good and a huge selection!!! The fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect and the smoothies looked excellent as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the portions are very big so go prepared to eat a lot!
Went for breakfast this weekend to one of my personal favourites, Pür & Simple. It was vivaciously busy as per usual, and as a result the customer service was slightly delayed. Our waitress had falsely claimed to have placed our order, when it clearly was not the case. However, I overlooked this because the food was definitely worth the 45 minute wait! Will I be back? We have been to this place and we had positive experience . Today , I have the worst experience with the staff there . We Walked in today around 12:45 pm to get lunch but was told they are fully booked and they did a reservation for us at 2:30 which we were happy to return.Came back at 2:30 and was told they closes by 3:00 but they can extend no later than 3:30 ( we weren’t even seated yet )Although not happy but said well ok .To make it better, wouldn’t allow us to sit on a table with umbrellas as I requested but took us to a very small table at the far corner . How humiliating!!! Will never be back to this place ever ..
To preface my review: I recommend this place and their food, just hope you get better service.Ive been to another location and it was fantastic, which is why I will give the chain 2 stars. My experience at this location was not so good. My own fault, but I got distracted by a couple of options and totally forgot to ask for something to be removed from my omelet. What made this a bad experience though, rather than a bad meal, was our server. At no point did she ask if the food was OK, not a few bites in or even after coming with the bills and seeing my not even half eaten omelet. The coffee she brought me was half full, and at $3 a cup it was ridiculous; even after adding milk the mug was nowhere near full. We were trying to get more drinks and she stood behind the counter watching TV. She was very absent overall and it just made for a bad experience on top of a bad meal. (In case youre wondering, the place had emptied signicantly once we got seated, so no they werent exactly busy either. Definitely a fair few patrons, but not so much that we couldnt be properly attended to, especially if people have time to stand around and watch the TV.)

They recently changed their menu and though I miss the chorizo benedict their new additions are amazing! I highly recommend the new french toast crisp! Came by today around noon with a reservation and the service was great. It looked really busy but the staff were very accommodating and the atmosphere felt happy! Overall it was a great meal and always a blast coming back here!
Been there twice so far and each time the service and food were pretty good. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that offers an outstanding breakfast meals.

I’ve been to this place a few times on the weekend and always have had a great experience. Went during lunch this week and the service was dreadful. It took us about ten minutes to be seated and another ten for our order to be taken. After that, the food took another 20 minutes to arrive. The waitress did apologize for “being quite busy” but the restaurant was half full (as seen by the pictures). The waitress was curt and gave off an annoyed vibe while taking our orders and checking on our table. The food is great which is the only reason I’m giving it the two stars. Sadly I’d normally recommend, but after this experience I’m second guessing it.
Nice dining space; nice servers; good menu.Ultimate Club sandwich pictured here is what I had. Pretty good taste though I think the chicken breast is one of those frozen meats that is injected with water and a sodium preservative (check out a package of frozen chicken breast at your local grocery store). Meal came with a small bowl of soup - Italian Wedding - which was good. Fries were unique; not too salty and some sweetness that we couldnt identify. A whole sandwich is served (since I only show half).Spouse had Power Wrap which she seemed to enjoy. This meal came with a fruit bowl option which was nice.
Amazing food and people our waitress was extremely friendly and sociable! Prices are a bit high for breakfast food but you understand why when the food comes out. Great taste, quality and portion size!My girlfriend is gluten and dairy free and they were extremely accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say. Try the peanut butter smoothy its amazing!

I had a lovely brunch at this location last week while meeting up with a high school friend. The restaurant was highly recommended by my children that had described it as bright, sunny, nice wood furniture with white accents, clean, friendly and amazing food. They were correct on all fronts. The online waiting list during the week worked out brilliantly and the host and waitresses were friendly, helpful and fun ! I highly recommend this restaurant and I’m so glad I got out to support a local business after lockdown was lifted.

Tried out Pür & Simple yesterday. Theyve got a location opening in Oakville so we wanted to see what they offered. Got there a little before noon and waited about 10 minutes before being sat. Pretty fast wait time for a Saturday around noon.Staff was all very kind and looked genuinely happy to be there.Went with a Mexican skillet + an extra egg and the Avocado Lox. Both meals were very filling. Over-easy eggs cooked perfectly but the poached were a touch overdone. Plenty of Salmon on the Avo. Lox.Excited to try the rest of the menu!

A great addition to Burlington and one of our favourite family restaurants that opened a few weeks ago. The quality of the food here was absolutely phenomenal. Staff was very responsive, and ensured that we were maintained while we were there. Very happy with the vast selection of food available, plenty to choose from. Id recommend everyone who hasnt been here to give it a try.

I love going here! The food is always delicious and filling. The service is quick and always with a smile. And the facility is always clean. The last time I went, it was my birthday and they surprised my daughter and I with a sparkler on a waffle. Overall my favorite breakfast place to eat. And even if you dont like potatoes/homefries, like me, I strongly suggest trying theirs. They are to die for!
We have been eating at Pur and Simple for a very long time. It’s one of our Burlington Gotos for brunch. It’s always fresh and tasty. I’m giving it 4 stars because of that but this morning we ordered brunch and we were upset that we got asked if we wanted cheese on our home fries so we said yes and got home realized adding cheese is roughly $3 each + tax and the amount of cheese is basically non-existent. It was definitely a waste of $7 to get basically no cheese. I understand the hard times restaurants are going through right now but I don’t think doing that is fair to customers. We will definitely be back as this is just one mistake the restaurant has made and at the end of the day they make good food but I just wanted to leave some advice for the owner. Don’t cut corners please. No matter how hard it is out there. You are a great restaurant and have a great following because you never did that before.
This was the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I understand it is COVID and we are in lockdown under unique circumstances but I cant believe how this restaurant was so poorly prepared for what they knew would be a busy day for mothers day.We pre-ordered for an 11am pickup today, back on Thursday. We totally get it was going to be busy, but the fact that there was no communication, no one controlling the angry crowd AND THEY KEPT TAKING ORDERS after over an hour delay is just unacceptable. We had plans to deliver a yummy brunch to our parents and this clearly wasnt able to happen. We finally ended up getting our food an hour and a half later. No heads up, no communication, just letting every customer for themselves to get angry with the restaurant and with each other (a fight almost broke out)And on top of this, no social distancing.... There were at least 10 people crowded by the cash in what should be 2 max under the by laws. I saw at least 5-6 people cancelled their orders because of the wait, and it felt like there was no remorse for the issues the restaurant created, leaving patrons to go home hungry without food, just giving them a simple refund....We understand these are tough times for all but this was just a complete nightmare. We are willing to support local but for a restaurant to ruin a special day like this the way yours did was super disappointing.I honestly cant believe it got to the point that it did. It was quite the experience.

It was great for my first time experience here. The staffs were very helpful and their recommendations is a must try. Not only that, the place is big and neat that you can also bring your little ones. The food is absolutely amazing. My personal favorite is the Rays extravaganza and the Rocky Road waffles. For sure theres more to be added on that list on our next visit.
Went for breakfast there the other day. I was so impressed by the menu. They have something for everyone. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and made my mimosa dangerously good. Their lattes are on point and their food was amazing. Our server was awesome, outgoing and friendly. Lastly, I was very impressed with how clean everything was, especially during these times. Will absolutely be going back soon.
My daughter sent me the toast with guacamole beans micro greens and Hime fried potatoes as a vegan breakfast for Mothers Day. It was fantastic! I’ll have to go there now that I know there is a vegan restaurant nearby.

Had breakfast at Pür and Simple for the first time today. the Chicago eggs bendicts are fantastic. my wife’s dish looked like a work of art! our server Aaron was great! friendly and fast! i must say that we witnessed the utmost diligence by serving staff when sanitizing condiments and tables etc... reassuring to see in such a scary time. we will be back!
Do not recommend pre - ordering for special occasions such as today (Mother’s Day). We pre-ordered two days in advance and showed up at our pickup time and was told it would be another hour and when we asked for a refund they refused. Went back after that hour and was told they hadn’t even started yet....what is the point of pre ordering?
Whats better then celebrating besties birthday with an awesome breakfast then a spa. We ordered 2 orange juice and mish mash omelette. The dish was large enough for us to share, we ordered I well done, and it was just that, cooked to perfection. The freshly squeezed orange juice is simply fresh!! Will definitely come back next time for other items on the menu.
Had the best time here with my boyfriend yesterday! The decor is absolutely beautiful, the portions are huge and the servers were so nice. We drove from out of town and mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday and they sent over a waffle wedge with a sparkler, he was so happy and it was amazing! Will definitely be back again :)
We ordered from the Appleby line location today and tho it was quite longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait!I showed up sometime around 9am and was able to place my order. The server stated that it would be at least an hour till it could be ready.I could hear the chimes of the online orders going off. No worries ,I see you are busy and I will come back in an hr.I go back in and there is quite the number of delivery drivers waiting so I was hesitant about my order.The friendly yet frazzled server ensured I was coming shortly. She offered a discount due to the wait and I said it wasnt nessesary but thanked her for the kind jesture. I recieved my orders hot and perfect!Thank you Pur and Simple for your perseverance and not giving up

Apparently they were short staffed in the kitchen, as we were told. Waited 35 mins to be seated. (about 15 people were waiting as well).It was our first time there and wasnt in a rush, so we were fine waiting.The Hostess with the long dark brown, ponytailed hair, should of stopped telling customers the wait is 10 mins.Um, no it wasnt!!Also, she seemed more interested in her 2 girlfriends then her job. Chatting it up by the waiting area, about her nose surgery.. Very digusting and unpleasant to hear. : (We were finally seated and from there had much more different experience.Our server was Excellent. Greeted us and apologized about the wait.Asked for our drink orders and gave us a few minutes to look at the Massive menu!Our server returned with our coffee and took our order.The food arrived in a timely matter. Our plates were definetly show stoppers.Beautifully presented, large quanitys and tasted great.Overall, it was an excellent experience. (except for the hostess) Friendly staff, clean and comfortable environment and great food!
On Sunday morning, I went with my family and guests to have a good start to our day after checking their website confirming that the Burlington branch is open. Unfortunately, I am told at the door that they only accept clients by appointments which is not mentioned in their website. It is very unprofessional.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Ive been dying to go here for a couple of weeks, but the wait was worth it. I ordered the 3 meat Skillet and it was fantastic. The restaurant was very busy and people were lined up out the door, so there was a bit of a wait, but it was understandable. We had the best waitress ever (Natasha) taking care of us and topping up our coffees in the meantime.
We tried pür and simple for the first time because of convenience, it’s located very close to where we live. The food, the service and the entire experience was truest phenomenal. The food was delicious, and very well presented. The cinnamon bun pancakes we delicious, all the food had great flavour. Too many healthy options. Our server Jennifer was absolutely amazing and made our experience memorable, she is really kind and very sweet the kids loved her. We would definitely come back. This was a 7 ****** star!!!!
Recommend. Went here for a breakfast meet up with a friend and it was wonderful. The portions were good, the food was served quickly, the drinks were yummy and the servers were attentive. The lady we had was a sweet Asian lady. She made sure we had all our stuff and was very patient with us. Would definitely come back here again!
Great attention to cleanliness during covid. They take peoples name and numbers and give hand sanitizer as soon as you enter. They clean tables and chairs thoroughly and regularly. We were impressed, they are taking sanitizing seriously unlike some other places we recently visited.

Was in here again today. Food was still amazing. However, it was a sunday and the place was packed and VERY noisy. They need some baffling to dampen the sound around the room. I could tell that my Dad was having difficulty hearing what we were saying.

I frequented this establishment several times pre-pandemic and the food had always been good despite the service being hit or miss. Yesterday I arrived to pick up my order at the suggested time. The man at the front counter was handling pickups while preparing smoothies for an order. Upon arrival, the man looked up, no acknowledgement and continued on. No one greeted me. I waited for 15 minutes, still no one said hi or asked for my order information. While waiting, two other customers arrived and were not greeted either. Meanwhile, three different Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats drivers came in and each were immediately greeted and provided their orders. I finally caught a young lady and told her I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and asked her to check. They finally handed me my order which was the only order sitting on the front counter for 15 minutes! Almost the entire time I was standing there waiting. There was no apology when I explained the situation, in fact a slight attitude. As you can imagine the food was cold and toast was soggy before I even left the restaurant.The worst part of the whole situation was while waiting, I watched the man at the cash handle the payment machine with customers with his bare hands then return to handing bananas and putting them in smoothies. Is this not unacceptable hygiene practices let alone during a pandemic?!! Unbelievable!
Unfortunately, we had the worst experience. They are poorly organized. We waited for over an hour and a half in waitlist but due to capacity limit they kept taking reservations, and we kept being pushed down the list. We had been notified it would be a 40 minute wait and while we are understanding of the covid restrictions, they kept us waiting and didnt notify us that we kept getting pushed down the list, which was not acceptable. When we approached them after an hour and a half, they said it would be at least another 45 minutes. We love the food but unfortunately the service is horrible. You either take reservations or allow only walk ins. Also they didn’t offer us any compensation or discount. They just lost customers!!
