Wanted to send a small box parcel to Kerala. Approached them.But the lady sitting over there did not accept my booking.Saying there is lockdown in Kerala and there is no services happening to Kerala. In this October 2021,I am quiet surprised to here such nonsense. She also informed me that they got instruction from the head office that not to accept any bookings to Kerala.I am not sure,if The Professional Courier has put forward such rules to the service provider.
