In todays world no one cares for relations but few still believe relations are the best assets and KPT Computers is one of them. I bought RTX 3080 Graphics Card in last month from them and a few days back one of the fans broke. I tried my best to contact service center local guys, even a few people from Delhi to get it replaced but it was not much help. Service center was replacing it for Rs. 4500/- and this required 10-15 Days which was a little tough for me without this card as it was required in my main editing project. I then called them and luckily they managed to get it back alive in just few hours. They didnt even charge anything from me for this replacement.
