Regarding delivery of car is very poor taking whole day for delivery of car even you payment paid advance. Worst service by deep honda. If you exchange a car with new one then exchange car they sold to other then transfer of RC is not their responsibility. You have to find out the guys they have sold your old car for transfer for RC.

Deep honda - the worst people to deal with. They are spoiling the brand name of HONDA. I bought and amaze 2020 the top model because my brother asked for navigation and they didnt even tell me that the navigation system was changed and now the navigation system doesnt come with inbuilt card and you have to attach a wire from you internet enabled smart phone to use the feature. They didnt even apologize but they were ok because the 53000 was not spent from their pocket.Then after a month I sent the car for first service and one of the workers put scratches while moving and then put a silver pencil on top of the deep scratches. They didnt even tell anyone about it and my driver saw it the next day. The GM of the service department says that its not a big deal which was not expected from him. I will put the names and photos of the scratches as well.Please dont buy or service your hondas from Bathinda rather deal with other dealerships in other cities. Thanks.Dr Aashish Bansal

The guys there will start prompting and pestering you to purchase idiotic plans like wax polish and road side assistance even when you know that in a Honda car you might never need it. They can literally fall at your feet to buy these silly plans and ultimately out of guilt and embarrassment you will purchase an unnecessary plan just to get rid off the salesman.
