I can’t praise Krystle enough. She made the whole experience an absolute dream. Unlike the first dress shop I visited, I was allowed to remove my mask once in front of the mirror which was a complete game changer. They have an amazing range of dresses and Krystle knows each one inside out. She made me feel so comfortable and wouldn’t stop until she was sure I’d found ‘the one’. I went to 5/6 bridal shops before going to Krystle brides and I found them to pushy or not what I was looking for, soon as I walked into Krystle brides I felt welcomed and relaxed, they have a lovely bridal boutique with friendly staff. They listened to the style of dress I was looking for and helped me with any questions I was asking. Highly recommended for anyone who is getting married but still haven’t found their perfect wedding dress, they are up to date with fashion and style. I cannot thank Krystle Brides enough for my wedding dress. I tried on a range of dresses to begin with whilst they were helping make suggestions with a variety of different styles and fabrics. I picked a dress I loved but it wasn’t quite right, so the seamstress came up with some excellent ideas to change the dress to suit exactly what I wanted! She did a fantastic job of making my dress come to life with a few fittings to make sure it was a perfect fit (which it was) They did an amazing price on my dress which we were over the moon with. They were attentive to every detail, flexible and nothing was a problem.Thank you for all the hard work from the seamstress and everyone at Krystle Brides for my beautiful dress!

Lots of dresses to choose from in all different styles. Krystle was amazing - very patient and helpful with finding dresses that may suit. She knows what she is talking about. They were not worried about my short lead time and offered dresses that would fit into my timescale and budget. I would definitely recommend Krystle Brides.

I purchased my wedding dress from Krystal Brides last year and couldnt rate Krystal Brides highly enough. They had a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses, it was the only shop I went to where I found more than one I liked. I found my dream dress at a great sale price. I was able to leave my dress there until the wedding, and visited multiple times to try accessories and for alterations. Each time I visited the staff were attentive and very helpful. When they had no Saturday appointments for a few weeks they prioritised my alterations and had them completed within a week, having further alterations was no problem at all. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

I had a really really lovely experience at Krystle Brides..Since I got engaged I knew the most important thing for me was having THE dress and I was so worried because I didn’t know anything about wedding dresses but thankfully I was lucky enough to find Krystle Brides. From the first time I came till the very end they were so professional but at the same time lovely ladies, helped me choose the perfect dress and shoes, I had to do alterations just once and I picked up my dress yesterday! Overall, 10/10

Absolutely fantastic experience at Krystle Brides. Krystle and the team were great and we couldnt have asked for more. My friend got her dress there as well as our Bridesmaids dresses. We also got all accessories, such as shoes and my friend got her headpiece there too. They think of everything! Krystle and the team couldnt have been more helpful and everyone we met were friendly and couldnt have done more for us! My friends dress was beautiful and Krystles professionalism and compassion really added to the whole experience. Being different shapes and sizes, we all had alterations to our bridesmaids dresses and these were done to such a high standard we couldnt even remember what had been done! I would never recommend this shop to anyone!!!!My daughter chose an Ellis Bridal Gown in Krystle Brides for her wedding On Easter Sunday 2014. Krystle was very attentive until the dress was paid for, and then other members of staff dealt with the fitting. Beware! - if you choose a dress from this shop, the seamstress they use is not the person who actually fits the dress and measures it.My daughter had to return 5 times to have the dress altered and still she had to walk away with a dress that was too tight (considering a larger sized dress was purchased to accommodate her bust size, when the shoulder straps were shortened, the dress became too tight around the rib cage and bust).Some very inappropriate comments were made by the person fitting the dress regarding never having fitted a dress before with someone with such a large bust and, by Krystle herself,: If the dress doesnt fit this time, then we cant do anything about it as it is school holidays and the seamstress is on holiday from Friday (one week before the wedding).Considering the dress cost nearly £1400 and the alterations cost more that £200, we should have expected far better.My advice is: If they cant get the seamstress to come in and fit the dress to the bride, take your bridal gown to your own seamstress who will do the complete job, and properly first time.Krystle could not even be bothered to come to the front of the shop when my daughter and I picked up the gown.The experience, after the dress was paid for, was very unprofessional and not what any bride deserves.Fortunately, my daughter looked absolutely fantastic on the day, although she was unable to relax due to the tightness of the dress.

The girls here couldnt be more helpful and lovely. I had such a nice time with them - they instantly put me at ease and helped me find the perfect dress, and even helped my mum order matching shoes and a bag too. They have a great selection of designers and the shop itself has lovely changing rooms (with enough room and privacy for friends/family to give a second opinion!). Its conveniently located and brimming with accessories! A must-visit if youre starting the hunt for your dress.

Went in today looking for a headband to go with my non-traditional wedding dress. Right from the start, we were greeted by warm friendly staff and I have to say the service was exceptional even though I didnt purchase my dress there. I cannot rave enough about the experience I received a Krystle Brides .I first came across the shop when hunting through Google after exhausting all the bridal shops in Bristol and finding nothing.The first thing that hit me when using Krystles site was just how easy it was to use and how i could view the gowns online and get an idea if there would be anything i would want to try on. Also I made a mini short list in my head before I visited, which helped cut out the OMG where do I start feeling. Plus Krystle was so helpful listening to what I wanted and giving me more options and opening up my eyes to different ways i could slightly alter dresses so i could get what i wanted.The best thing for me about the website was I could book an appointment by email, quickly and easily.I was not disappointed when I went to my appointment either, the class and beauty of the website is clearly a reflection of the shop and the way they do business.There were dresses ranging in prices and no pushy sales just lovely women wanting you to get what you want on your big day.I never write reviews but i just had to for the experience i got here will not be fogotten for all the right reasons. They say that we have poor customer service in this country, well Krystle brides is bucking that trend.This little independent care about what they are doing and that filters through their business.I hope that my review will encourage you to go and have an appointment or at least a look and the beautiful dressesThank you Krystle and the team, xxx

My girlfriend needed a bridesmaid dress at short notice, and Krystle Brides fit her in for an appointment despite being fully booked. Customer service was amazing, even though they were busy. Overall the experience was the perfect remedy to a terrible experience at another shop (The Bridal Room in Westbury-on-Trym if anyones interested) the previous day.

The service was good to begin with. After Krystle had her sale the service was very poor. The fitting wasnt carried out by the seamstress, I had to return 4 times for extra fittings as the original alterations were just not comfortable. I had the length of the body shortened lifting the straps of the dress, but there was no alteration to the underarm, which cut in very badly, and left a red mark within a minute. Even after visiting the seamstress the dress had to go for further alterations as it still wasnt right. I received very unprofessional comments about how they could only alter the dress, not my bust and that they hadnt had anyone with a bust as heavy as mine before (I wear a size 12 normally, and whilst I am larger than average, I am by no means the biggest girl you will see). I enquired about the cost of the alterations, and Krystle, thankfully said I didnt need to pay for the final set of alterations even though I was changing the style. I felt this was very unfair as all I wanted was for it not to cut in. When I had chosen the dress she had made it sound like the alterations wouldnt be a problem at all, but if she considers that the style was changed by the alterations which were required then perhaps the style wasnt suitable for me in the first place.Additionally, they took it in too much around my rib cage. Had I not had such an issue with the under arms then I might have pursued this further, but as a result you can see creases underneath the lace layer of the dress in my photos. Thankfully I am not a bridezilla and I am just pleased I had a great day. But I still feel disappointed as my Mum spent a lot of money on this dress and I wanted to love it.
