It is the crossing point of Haripal- Dhaniakhali road and Baidyabati-Tarakeshwar road(12no road).there is a small market place with basic amenities.. Nearest town from here is Haripal..from where train services can be availed..the road condition is not so good as some construction work is in progress

Need proper traffic system here.

People of this place are well behaved and friendly. The place is well connected with nearest railway station by bus , tracker , auto and TOTO. Local interest Hanuman Ji temple or Aradhana trust . Primary and higher secondary school , medical grocery vegetable and stationary store available. Local hospital just 2km away although a health centre is present there .

This is a 4 way crossing more near haripal station. On East side serampore, on west Tarakeswar, towards north Bhanderhati- Dhaniakhali, towards South haripal railway station. One will surely love the nature and climates.

This is an important junction of State Route 18 and 12. Haripal railway station on Howrah Tarakeswar Main line is just 2 km south ward from this place. One can get buses for Tarakeswar, Champadanga, Arambagh, Bishnupur, Bankura and for Baidyabati, Chinsurah, Serampore from this junction. But very poor passenger facilities are available there. No clean waiting please. No clean toilet. No decent place to eat. However, one small teashop on the right side towards Baidyabati serves good and refreshing tea. Another plus point the place has a number of 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers repairing shop which are popular for their good service.
