RTO office Basti is outside from Main City. its near to OPEC Hospital. Staffs are rude not cultural because they are lucky of being government employee. they are not coming on time also doing nothing only always think how to make money from innocent peoples. Their mentality is that Salary from Government is not to use in daily expenses that is for only bank balance.

Today My LL test about to happen. But here is all staff was at a strike against old pension. Its very bad experience. I lost my precious time.
