Room is cool with best prices but staff have no clue how to behave with customer... Tv wouldnt work and sometime youll have to tell them 3-4 times about your need .

The price is tooo high of roomI booked online room of Rs. 999 by booking.com but after visiting hotel they said it is not acceptable please book on counter and they had charged me 2500 per room for only 2-3 hours that too AC was not working and many lights of the room were fused very badNever visit this hotel..😡😡Every hotel is providing atleast one water bottle from there side but they have not provided any thing

Contacted them and they said parking space is avialable.. but parking dpace was not there.. wasted my 1 hr via city traafic to reach . Ultimately didnt stay.. atleast they should ne clear about description

Wost hotel, Big Rat was there in room, not able to sleep in night. Rat Feces was srounded over the blanket, I told to replace it but he came and flicked it. When complaint to the owner he was just smiling and say adjust. Checkout the hotel in next morning itself.

Good Property but not maintained , Managers are not heplful and lethargic attitude toward service , Room were not clean , mouse were roaming in my room they placed a mouse cather but mouse were smart enough to eat the food. I asked about rooms are dirty and filthy , on my request they clean the room lenin was ok , Flush was not working. This was their best Room . Still the best in the city so better go somewhere else only in Emergency you may stay

Food cost to high

One of the most terrible places I have been, we paid 31 euros for a standard room with AC, but the room was horrible, tooo dirty , even they hadn’t washed the sheets god knows from when!!The treatment of the reception was so bad , we have been riding motorbike for 8 hours and we were so tired but the reception made us wait saying they had no rooms even thought we had prepaid online booking. Finally they accepted and made us fill many papers ( which he had to fill himself ) for 30 minutes, which was totally unnecessary (no other hotel in India asked so much).The room was appalling, and worst of all the AC was pathetic and almost didn’t work and couldn’t rest sweatiness all night.Avoid!
