One of the worst rto in west bengal. Dalals are everywhere. They want only money. This rto is full with corrupted government servant.

You are going to get the most callous employees here.Dont even pass on proper information and dont even know how to talk or behave properly.Simply wastes our precious time.

Service is Not bad !! But, too many broker.. demands high amount of money for every work. Generally, SLOT booking is a big headache and you must have to contact with a broker for slot booking and they will charge you atleast ₹3000 just for two wheeler license whether the actual official cost is only ₹850. All the staff are not same.. But, Brokers are created an image of staffs like, If You dont pay extra to them as they demand , youll not pass the test !! . But, I believe that there must have some honest staffs and officers. You should reach to them any how and youve to / you must have to reach them with difficulty...

This office handles all traffic and transport related activities for Basirhat, Taki, Hasnabad, Hingalganj and other neighbouring areas and comes under the jurisdiction of Barasat SDM office. Office is small and old but does the job. It is well connected through various modes of transport.
