Not impressed and I think they have lot of liability to customer solution. They told me this is fault by another one but what is the actual liability for whom.

Services are awesome. If you are having any mother board issue in your laptop please just dont give it here and there. You can contact an expert instead. I have been going through these, as a result motherboard was gone totally. If I could show it to cisco at the first time it would have been running today. Anyway staffs behaviour is really appreciated.
