All room service and facilities is good.

Dont go to Fusion cafe a worst restaurants staff, everyone is non cooperative services are very poor no need to go there its waste of money. And one guy is very rude didnt make what we ordered.

Place is good but not the staff. The guy who is there with phony tail hair style was too rude. About to hit me and friends. Ill definitely put a case against him. I want to ask the owner to remove that guy from ur hotel. He will ruin your business. Very bad experience. Ill never go there. They need to change the waiter or staff at the earliest. The service is very bad. The staf who is there is angry on everyone. We ran away from there.

Waiter was rude. Staffs behavior is very bad I felt like go runaway. Please dont bother with this steakhouse. My family & I agreed it was the worst meal we have ever had. Maybe we should have taken the hint when we arrived & saw only 4 people dining. Dont waste your money!

Very bad experience. We were group of 5. We went to Manali for our vacation. We are from Germany. The moment we entered the Cafe the person who was sitting in the cash area used some bad laggugae and gesture. But still we ordered some food after half an hour he said he doesnt want to give us food and send us away. We dont have any local support otherwise we should have put a case against him. Pls nobody should go there.

Very poor experience. If you like steak thats as tough as an old shoe, rude and surley staff and being over charged for your meal then eat here. In all my time travelling, including a short period in india, this has got to be the worst food I have ever eaten! Never EVER eat there. Staff is ver very bad.
