My favourite place you shop, it has every thing I needed from electric appliances to Iphone pro max to some of best clothes, toys and food item. Staff has always been very polite and overall an excellent experience.

Didnt have a horrible experience, but not a very great experience.Had an AC home delivered which was causing issue and it could not be replaced unfortunately but they reimbursed the amount.I had to take the AC myself with 3 days of the purchase as it was not functioning correctly.Ideally I would say they should give me a replacement as it was only 3 days after purchase.I like to give the benefit of doubt but the sales people seem not to be concerned about the customer.

You can go there for a variety and quality food with paying a little more. It has multiple floors almost all items sold feom veg, meat to electronics.

This place and majority of the sales people in here are so depressing. Theyre rude, cold, couldnt be bothered and unfriendly. Frankly, I dont understand why they work there and as a customer service agent if they just spread hate.

Great departmental store. Options for some items is limited but overall it carries almost everything. The sale is July is worth a shout.

I just love this mall. Lots of choices to buy in brands and the staff is nice. Quick shipping and returning, lots of good sales. I like the restaurant also on the top and the groceries in the basement. Good location.

Manor has an excellent restaurant on the 5th and 6th floor. Buffet breakfast and lunch and early dinner. The Summer sale is on. The selection of bags wallets and scarves is good and many brands under one roof. Elevators on all floors. Rear rooms on top floors. Great cosmetics and perfumes section. Also a jewelery section. It situated in the city centre so great to start your day with a breakfast of egg and toast smoothie or stop for a bite for lunch. Accessible by tram with great shopping nearby too. Books and toys section too.

MANOR has pretty much everything from food to electronics. Exelent selection if you are looking for a Gift. 1 star minus as it is often very full of people which means you have to que most times.

They have good discount now and lot of Valentines stuff. It is nice to go back there. I bought shoes, 50 bucks. Not bad.

You can get everything here from small furtiture to a hair lazer device, shoes, clothes and toys for kids. However I prefer going in other stores as the shop assistance are very unfriendly.

Love Basel! I visit quite often and it is a lovely, friendly incredibly clean place to visit and one of the most welcoming I have been to. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was ok but the service was not greate it was very expensive and dirty when i wannted to buy tomataos half of them had mold on them and the bathrooms where a bit dirty but you have a lot of products to choos so thats cool but ohterwihs it was a not that great expierienc

One of the few super stores in Basel. Nice choice and excellent food part without being over prized like others on the other side of the river. The restaurant is actually very nice although on the pricy side for a self service. Food is good and fresh though.

Great food selection downstairs. on a sunny day go up to the restaurant on the top floor. there is a roof top terrace with a great view over the city.

Great selection of clothes, souvenirs, kitchenware etc. The top floor restaurant is superb, offering a tasty and healthy selection of food at decent prices. I always make a stop here when in Basel.

Manor was my favorite place in regards to food and selection of products, even if quite costly. I still like it, but it used to be better and more innovative.

Stunning again and again. Nice books cool sportswear. Passionate staff.Wheelchair accessible everywhere.Super restaurant on the top. High educated friendly sellers and professionals in electronics fashion food and so on.Lovely.

I like it in here. The design is nice. You can find some nice things in here. Electronics department is not too big though.

Its a lovely store to walk around but I wouldnt buy anything. I found it rather pricey.

Its a shopping center where you can purchase souvenirs, food items as well as ready-made food. For chocolates Laderach remains the better option.

The restaurant on top floor has good variety of food at a reduced price. I like to take a grill and then pick my favorite veggies at the salad bar.

Good selection of foods. Clothing was quite expensive, but that is generally the case in Switzerland.

Manor food downstairs has a good section for UK and american expats. good specials in the meat department. can get some waitrose stuff, can get ocean spray cranberry sauce. store has some nice sales from time to time, and an outlet around the corner for the next month or two to clear out stock. Restaurant on top floor serves good fresh food and has lots of windows and space. but Manor, where did the Jammie Dodgers go? Bring them back!!!!

I bought 3 shirts. All got small holes after 1st wash. They refused to replace the shirts. Never again.
