The pasta are very tasty, one of the best I have tried in Basel. But the service is definitely too slow. We were a group of 6 and we had to wait 1 hour and half to be served. Once the starters were ready and on the table, the waiter also need 20 minutes to bring the plates. The restaurant was not particularly full, and other groups arrived later but get served before.

The fresh pasta is hot and tasty, like the waiter with tattoos. But the service could really be 3 times faster, we waited incredibly long.

A warm place, more happening than most restaurants in Basel. The food is good and the Caribbean ambience with the warm tinted murals make it place worth a visit.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Staff was nice from my phone call prior until we left after our dinner. Every single person was at the utmost friendly and extremely attentive. That was only topped by their food which was outrageously delicious. My margherita with mozzarella affumigato (hope I wrote it correct) had a super interesting smokiness to it coming from the cheese and had my beloved and chewy leopard crust. This is still my sign for a great pizza. Also that calzone was fabulous, no air pockets, just loaded with fantastic cooked ham and a crazy amount of mushrooms. Another fabulous thing was the chilli in oil they served aside which reminded me of that distinct Italian chili that used to be served at every Italian restaurant when I grew up and which has now almost vanished and been replaced with boring dry chili flakes and other blasphemies. Full 5 Stars my friends and that even though that Im not used to that painful Swiss price level (margherita chf21, calzone meat chf25). If you smile while eating its always worth it though. 😊🍕Ps: If you read this please share the type of chili youre using, thanks.

One of the best pizza in town. Thin dough, crispy delicious. Easy atmosphere. Delicious Pasta as well. My other favorite for pizza is Vito.

The pizzas are so good! Choose the base from a variety of mozzarella or burrata margheritas, add fresh toppings which will come in generous amount and in no time youll have a large oven cooked pizza. The wine isnt bad either 😀

The pizzas are tasty, good dough, good selection of toppings (including Burrata), OK wine selection.Reservations recommended if you are running to a strict schedule, otherwise expect to wait up to 30 minutes for a table during peak hours.Does not get 5 stars for two reasons: a) not a wood-fired oven (this would really elevate the taste and quality to true, Napoli-style pizza) and b) it is expensive, even for Switzerland (I pay, on average, 28 SFr for a vegetarian pizza).

I was few times there for different reasons.The service is diagusting, waiters treating you as if you were not allowed to be there!Small dishes for the prices they havePizza size ok, but not the quality you expect for that prize.Never again!!!

Their pizzas get rave reviews and my sons are huge fans. Im not sure I share their enthusiasm. However, they do use quality ingredients like burata and buffalo mozarella etc. which all adds up to a pizza becoming fairly expensive - which Im not sure is entirely justified. I had a salad with grilled prawns and was sadly not impressed.
