Generally appointments run late to very late (over an hour). Some Doctors are excellent (Dr Cam Webber) and some ordinary. The wait is worth it if you can get in to see Cam. Had a phone consult booked for 1800 hrs and Cam rang at 1940 - late (of course), but what a patient-centred work ethic. Rare indeed.

Dr Kalloniatis was friendly and good. I don’t understand how you can run an hour behind schedule for booked in appointments though? Maybe there are bad days, that’s fair enough but based on some other reviews here it’s a consistent thing.

Blatantly racist business. Theyre a mockery of health care. If you are not white forget courtesy or respect. My husband was treated appallingly.

Dr Cam Webber and Dr Stephen Cousins are both fantastic! There is often a wait to see most doctors at this practice, however I believe the wait is worth the caring and attentive service received. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. That said - good luck getting in, they are often closed to new patients.

I would have great difficulty finding a better medical practice.

If reception could let you know how the long time will roughly be it would be a much better review. Sitting in the waiting room for over an hour with sick people isnt ideal and shouldnt be an expected norm, so some idea of when were expected to be seen would be great, even if it is just to know if it is safe to go to the bathroom, which is located outside the practice. Or increase your appointment times?? Make them twenty minutes, youll see less patients but save them wasting their time here. Doctors are generally good, some arent worth the wait.

Its always been great. I call ahead to see how late my doctor is running and usually get a close proximity. Longest Ive waited is 15 minutes, which I dont mind for excellent medical advice.

I’ve seen a few different doctors here and they have been great but the wait time has been roughly an hour most of the times I’ve been here.I know you always expect to wait when seeing a doctor but I feel like the reception team should apologise and tell you how long you can expect to wait when you’re checking in or book longer appointments so you don’t have to keep 2 hours free for a 15 minute appointment.I would still recommend the doctors here but be prepared to wait a long time.

Had to wait ages. Was not called with results of pathology tests. Called practice five times before I got results. Each time I called I was told a nurse would phone me. Never got a call back hence reason for five calls. Practice needs to ensure patients receive results of all tests in a prompt manner.

Ordinary. Booked online and it didn’t work. Luckily I called to confirm. Rescheduled, left work early to get there at 4pm. Waited for over an hour. Had to leave. Never again

Good doctors but consistently useless reception.

Friendly and helpful doctors, but the wait times for a private practice are extremely poor. I only book morning appointments and it is always at least a 30 minute wait. Very hard to get back to work on time.

So disappointed to arrive on time for my 4 month old babys vaccinations - from the other side of town - only to be told there was a problem with the vaccine fridge and they couldnt do it today. I understand these things happen, but the courtesy of a phone call to let me know, even five minutes before the appointment, would have saved me the hassle of waking my baby and taking him out of the car on a freezing cold, wet morning. Such poor service it makes me want to change practices, even though the GPs here are fantastic.

Very friendly and helpful - German doctors would never have allowed a discussion about treatment opportunities without accusing you of questioning their knowledge. Very different and open minded experience in this practice - thanks Dr. Ainge, I will be back

Had an okay experience until they failed to tell me my doctor was leaving the practice. They didnt offer to book an appointment with a different doctor or give me contact details for where my doctor had gone

VERY DISAPPOINTED , I BOOK MY CHILD 8 YEARS OLD AFTER PHONE CALL TO ARRANGE TIMING , ON WEBSITE OR BY PHONE CALL FOR BOOKING NO MENTION FOR HIDDEN COSTS , AFTER THE APPOINTMENT BEEN MADE , I HAD PHONE CALL TO BE CHARGED OF $ 95 DOLLARS WHILE 99% OF MEDICAL PRACTICE IN CANBERRA CHARGING NOTHING FOR KIDS EXCEPT THE MEDICARE REGULAR PAYMENT , DURING THE PHONE CALL THEY INFORM ME THAT & 37 DOLLARS WILL BE RETURN AUTOMATICALLY TO MY ACCOUNT , AFTER THEY PROCESS PAYMENT DIRECTLY THEY TOLD ME YOU HAD TO GO IN PERSON TO MEDICARE OFFICE AND THEY CLOSE THE LINE , IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS YOU HAD TO BE CHARGED FOR THE CAR PARK AS WELL , THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WILL DEAL WITH SUCH MEDICAL PRACTICE .
