I always had a good experience with them up until now. I was trying to make an appointment and I explained the the scheduler that I would be fine seeing any Dr except for Dr Kagen (Ive seen him a handful of times and cannot stand him.) She told me I didnt have a choice and have to see all doctors in the group. Why should I be forced to see a doctor I dont like especially when it comes to this kind of appointment? I also explained to them I have severe anxiety where I cannot go to the Dr alone. I have a history of fainting and hyperventilating when I go to the doctor. And the person on the phone had no concern for this and would not let my husband come with me. I called ONE other doctors office they were immediately understanding and will allow him in to help in case of emergency. I cancelled my appointment and will never be back. Its a shame because I actually liked going there before.

My family has been going here since we moved to Bartlett in 2010 and have been pleased with their service. Dr. Zator is very good and surprisingly available. Friendly and clean.

Drs are not personable at all, ur just a number and techs that go and take your vitals have terrible bedside manner.. I had to let them know my last child was born early which I may add I went to the same office with my last child so they have access to all my records..

I was recommended by my primary to get a second opinion from another gynocologist. I saw Dr. Heimburg. Usually I try to avoid male gynocologogists. This isnt because Im paranoid and feel that they wint be professional, its more of a personal belief that the females have a small head start because they have the same organs. I dont know if thats a fair statement lol, but Dr. Heimburg made me feel silly today because he definately knew a lot more about my female organs than I did. Well, Im sure all other male gynos do, hes just the first one who took the time to draw everything out on paper and explained what he believed to be the reason for my persistent bleeding. I also like that he came up with a theory and solution that was wayyyyyy less serious than anyone else I spoke with. The two doctors at Northwestern strongly believed I had banine tumors.

I am very unhappy with how unprofessional and irresponsible DuPage Medical group is. Today I took off work to get an appointment with a nurse. There are no late hours for working women. Not every woman is a stay at home mom. I shouldn’t have to take off work to have an obygyn appointment. I was called this morning (thankfully) to be notified to change my appointment time because a doctor would not be in the office. This has happened to me before, but the previous time no one notified me and I showed up to an empty office. On top of that, I had to have additional testing (that they were expecting me to pay for even though it was their mistake) because the day I was scheduled was my last day within my time frame. I have also waited 1+ hour for almost every appointment when my appointment takes 30 seconds for a shot. The offices need more training and communication within their other offices. These situations are ridiculous and I will soon be leaving DuPage medical group due to their lack of competency in the staff of the obygyn department.
