The staff behaves too rude. Not at all in a customer service mode. Even prepaid sim card not available. Asks customer to wait outside shop if they are busy with their munchy meals. Airtel should seriously withdraw dealership from such unprofessional people to save the brand image .

The representative there in the so called store is too much rude...How can b a person being so rude...They just cant help,only behaving that he knows each and every rule and we dont know anything ...As such he thinks that everyone of his client r uneducated ones... Frustrated in his family life puts all of his frustration on the client

Airtel should immediate withaw the agency approval from this store, Very unethical and disappointed behaviour by service personnel, need to found any good agency and cancelled the partnership with this bogus agency

Most desrespectful Salesperson ever encountered. We went there to change our damaged Sim Card. The salespersom started quarreling with us, asking us to shift to postpaid service even for a running prepaid account, they are clearly running a scam. Most pathetic service you csn ever expect from a store.Would never recommend anybody to visit this place. @Airtel should really take some action against the people running this store, afterall its their name that is getting destroyed.

It requires more staff as they cannot do the things in time.I went there and they made me wait for 2-3 hrs, as only one staff was there.

They dont help you properly. Even they are promoting for postpaid plans.For your any problems theres only one solution change your connection from prepaid to postpaid. The number was too old and precious for me but finally Ive to leave the number. Harsh but its true.

Not at all happy with the service. I went to get my sim change to 4G, it was not possible to get it done while in prepaid. Moreover they told the details of my id are wrong in their system and my service may get disconnected due to that. Also instead of helping me out, they tried to promote new Airtel schemes. Hated the service, planning to switch to a different service provider.

The most third class Airtel store I have ever seen. Went to buy a 4g hotspot which was not available instead they told me lie and said will provide you in the evening. They have been telling lie and never provided the device. Another one went to Port my number from docomo to Airtel now when I insert docomo sim it is showing sim registration failed and the ported Airtel Sim unable register network. Called more than 20 Times but they didnt receive my phone. Ill lodge a complain against the store in consumer forum if my issues are not resolved. Never visit this pathetic store.

The person in this store is so unprofessional and they dont even know how to behave.

Went there for porting my Prepaid Airtel Bengal Circle to Postpaid Airtel Kolkata Circle... The executive was very cooperative and prompt in response.

Very poor experience we earned from this Airtel store when we visit for a prepaid sim. Earlier my father went there for port the sim from Aircel to Airtel. When he found this porting is not possible then he decided to buy new prepaid sim. He asked for a new sim and the store person told him that sim is not available so come after 2-3 days. Every time we went there and faced the same problem sim is not available. My father is a old man and he has knee problem in his both legs. It is not possible to him visit several times for a sim. And the behavior of the store person is intolerable.

This is ok but they are not very active
