Yupp its 5th time I m going to this shop with consistance good feedback from my side. I have cycled Sodepur to Barrackpore for a ram which wasnt available anywhere except this store. Just a awesome place to buy stuffs.

Today 23rd Oct. Visited your office on 21st, still transfer is pending, as was discussed over the table.Paid 4029/- via paytm on 8th oct 2020 and today is 18th Oct 2020 and merchant is saying not received money till date.Paytm is saying money credited same day.First merchant said number blocked by airtel and now other mountain of excuses.I have called 100 times for reversal but not q single call has been received from your side.Merchant thinks user money is not money and their money is money.Thats why not given any value to my concern and issue.I will make them cry and pay for each rupee of mine.

But the thing you guys need to change is your freaking BEHAVIOUR.

It is the worst shop for buying computers. This shop sells all 3rd class things. I bought a computer from this shop and they gave me all useless, non working products. I had to go back to this shop 6 times. If you want to buy a computer, never never never buy it from this useless shop. Instead look for a differnt store.

They sell products in very high price than e COMMERS website.in past i bought a cannon g2000 printer. they told me 1000 rupees extra .You can get any product from flipkart. in flipkart their customer service in very good.You can return or exchange any product in flipkart but ray computers didnt have any return or replacement policy

The shop provides good range of computer and related products. The price is very competitive and good but higher than Chandni chowk. But products are authentic and less chance of getting cheated. Overall a good shop for computer and related products if somebody is not in a situation to go to Chandni chowk.

Reasonable and competitive prices, but if you want a vast choices in Ram, CPU, Mobos, Cabinets then its gonna be a disappointment.

The shopkeeper gives 99% of his attention to the customer who wants to buy more valuable items. I have gone many times there but I never find the stuff I am looking for. The behaviour of the shopkeepers are rude sometimes when we ask for something cheap like an Earphone. This makes us feel bad and we leave the shop immediately.

Theyre basically cheaters. They collect GST from the buyers, but provide a fake bill without the mention of GST per item and this way they just gulp the GST amount. Another thing, they charge 2% extra on total price when someone pays through card swap and these cheaters tell you this is charged by bank. If you are knowledgeable enough, they will try decreasing the % of charges.Id rather give negative ratings, but thats not possible here.
