Worst possible behavior from the owner. Yesterday one of the shops representative told me the price of Lenovo IdeaPad Gamming 3 as 61000/- but today the owner said it will costs 62000/- and there was no courtesy by the owner. I recommend nor to step in this shop. I have never seen such type of unpolite behavior by a commercial shop.

My first computer to my last computer till now, I assemble it from here. Products in reasonable. All type of computer product are available, also they can order any product if u want to purchase. But no EMI option available here.

Computer components are quite expensive in here. Its better you buy the same online. I had personally visited and checked the price.

Though the shop provides a variety of products as well as accessories but the behaviour of the shop owner is very bad 👎 . He should learn first how to behave with customers as its because of them only the he is earning money. Behavior of one of the owner was extremely unprofessional. I have been a customer at ray computer for over a decade now initially they were very humble polite and professional but as years went by with the growing popularity their behaviour towards the customers have degraded drastically. Its really sad to see that but he should realise this soon otherwise he have to face tough days ahead.

I would highly suggest everyone not to buy a single product from this shop. Very very horrible experience I have. I have brought a lenovo laptop from them in Jan, some of the keys stopped working in March. Thec keyboard replaced. again In June, the same issue started. And to my surprise, the owner doenst have a even little guilt for it. He says, it can happen anytime. WE are not responsible for it. Very bad behavoiur and very bad products.

For repairing(diagnostic and common problem solving) desktop , service charge is 250 and for repairing laptop service charge is rs500 . Technicians are well behaved and kind .

This computer electronic shop is probably the best in the entire Barrackpore region as well as its adjoining areas. They provide every possible computer peripherals and laptops at the best possible price with a myriad of varieties. They also undertake repair services and deliver you the product back at the earliest possible. The shop although is small but their fame had not been confined within the boundaries of wall . Im not happy with the services they provide although when they first opened years back they were really good now with time they have gone slacky. If you ever want to buy a new tech product Id advise you to try other stores because I gave my laptop here to change its operating system from Windows 7 to windows 10 (which was totally pirated ofc) I had a lot of problems because the laptop used to shut down on its own even reboot thus killing a perfect laptop and making it faulty. I wouldnt recommend this place but its upto you if you like to shop from this place.

WORST EVERRRRR! They dont know anything about their own job the employees think themselves as HARWARD PASSOUTS ....they even make faces and twist lips when asked a question or thrown a doubt about any subject. I was actually shocked after seeing their lame service.

Everything like computer, antivirus , laptops etc etc are reasonable and not a high price like that. Quality to serve is good and after purchase 1 year warranty provided by Ray. Its a good electronics store to purchase laptops and all type of accessories.

I bought a Router along with a UPS 4years ago. Quality wise items are standard.

Rude behaviour from the workers, the attitude is so nasty.. the space is so less.. not restriction followed for limiting customers even in this pandemic.. even after taking a pile of cash the service was very poor..my laptop condition got worsen after the service.

Please dont buy your computer from this store, I bought computer from their store and within one month cpu starts acting up when I took it to them they charged me for1000rs. Even after showing warantee card, and even after repairing cpu again stopped working within timespan of 15days these people are again asking for fee, and same problem with keyboard some if the keys have to press too hard otherwise it wont typeI hope they do better with their customer servicing

A good store for computer parts. The staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable, most of the times lower than the price at Amazon or flipkart. I availed their service for repairing my computers, and I am quite satisfied with their service.

All types of desktops, laptops and peripherals. Closed on Thursdays. They take cash and card but would charge you 2% on the bill if you pay via card which is ridiculous given that the system in which banks charge the vendors for the service differently now. They are quite good when it comes to after sales service.

There stock is always ready to replenish your needs .Before buying a PC, I would highly recommend that you know the purpose of that PC and most importantly JUST DO A LITTLE RESEARCH ON PC PARTS ,not only their price on Online markets but the purpose of them .For Eg. You wont need an i5/i7/i9 or a 16gb kit or a high end graphics card for just a home or shop PC for simple calculations or record maintaining or simply listening to music and viewing 720p movies...similarly a Dual core/i3/Pentium processor with a 2gb ram and a non GPU machine isnt enough for video rendering,multitasking and game developing ...so choose wisely AFTER DOING SOME NECESSARY RESEARCH .Dont just go and say I need a machine and my budget is 20,000 or 35,000 😂😂.Indeed they would ready a machine in that range and at that instant it may satisfy you but after a few months or a year you might regret it and blame it on them .And most importantly 🙏🙏Dont go for a laptop over a desktop just because of its looks and colours and features...Please dont do this ..I would recommend you that dont even buy laptops since PCs are lot better than them but still if you require it for more of its mobility purpose then its okay ..but if your main purpose is not mobility then just compare the PRICE TO PERFORMANCE ratio of that laptop with a similar config PC ,I bet you would thank me later
