Went there many times...Tried fried chicken ,ginger burger,hot bucket (grilled leg piece),and many more ..During my last visit i took fresh lime soda along with hot chicken bucket and tandoori ginger burger ...All the items were good except lime soda....What they r serving in the name of lime soda is soft drinks with some crushed hazmola...- total waste of money....Also they gave normal dips though we ordered for the spicy one...

Now due to pandemic its sanitized frequently... Even its near to the Barrackpore station beside Dada Boudi Biriyani and under Trends... So you can have a quick bite before boarding trains...

KFC outlet in Barrackpore is located Ghoshpara Road. Quality of food is nice. Staff are very cordial.

1 star for cleanliness and 1 star for staff behavior.No further stars from me as - Not much options were available vegeterians and in drinks. Also the taste of sweet dish (chocolate mousse cake) was not up to mark.

I have ordered crispy chicken and restaurant Cook crispy chicken using hot wings chicken pieces inside. Meaning flavour hot wings but made it crispy outer layer. I may waste money without any resolution but in future I will never use this outlet for my food orders. I will escalate this case to top management.

Yesterday I ordered someone from them. There were 2 items one was missing I called them they said we didnt recieve any missing item so sorry. This is how they assist customers and fillup their tiny pockets

Quite good. Not very spacious but service is quite fast. Good interior decoration and helpful staff. It is just near to the railway station and at a walkable distance. Just adjacent to it is Reliance trends mall. Its a bit costly as we all know about KFC. Both toiletry and hand wash facility is available here.

The drinks are good but the test off all drinks I think all same.. The area is not big but good for couples, families and friends group.. Meal box is good..

It was my birthday. My parents and I ordered 3 zinger boxes and 1 box of chicken strips. Trust me, the classic zinger burger is HEAVENLY! Now coming to the behavior of the staff---they were quite polite. The atmosphere is also quite up to the mark. For people who love these kinds of food, KFC is a must. Thank you.

Worst behavior of staff.Chef is highly ill-mannered.Came out of the kitchen to argue for no reason.Edit: Issue resolved by the company and the manager through phone call.The store manager was very soft spoken and professional in resolving the issue. Thanks.

Staffs arent that good and running with low staffing. AC wasnt on that time and we had to ask them to turn up the AC, which I dont think is a good manner.

Well KFC is a nice place to hangout and grab sone chicken and everybody knows it. But all outlets are not the same. Especially the one in Barrackpore. I visited this outlet few days ago. The behaviour of staff was very rude. And tye service was awful. The food wasnt Cooked well and the size of smoky grilled was really small. The taste was good though. But size of all chicken items were less than the usual one( at any random outlet). Keep this things in mind whenever you go there. Good luck.

Barrackpore KFC serves fresh food. A must visit with family a friends. Celebrate your birthdays or some office parties with an ease. Wide walking space and good decorations making it picture perfect.

Good place to gossip... But the most foods are salty... They use salt too much... The varieties of food....remarkable... The behaviour of the people is very good and helpful.... You can sit here for a long just buying only a drinks. I like this place...a nice place to do get together with friends. I just love this. But please dont use too much salt in the items.

Bad experience. Didnt like it. Smoky chicken they gave was not hot ,it was cold . Have to tell them to heat the chicken . And other stuffs were not up to the mark. Below average.

The place is spacious with and has beautiful ambience to dine in. Offers Self service so order yourself and get your plate yourself too.

Pretty damn good place when it is without all the rush. When it is crowded it does not feel so good. But when there are just enough people like in the mornings or early evenings its a place to be and enjoy your time there. Nearby trends also is there so time can be spent well.

The customer service is very poor . They just dont care , we asked for some guidance and they just pointed us toward the posters . Fries were way too salty .They have 2 options of same name and same price , classic zinger meal and classic zinger box , but different quantities . Cant find a reason for why to do so and confuse your customers2stars for the ambience

Staff behaviour is not good today i visited the barrackpore kfc at 4:10pm they told me about single layer sauce in burger but in bill its mentioned 2 dips ...there staff already gave 2 dips in packet but ..when i asked her about dips that i doesnt order she said it was the layer sause but written 2 dips and picked up the dips from my packet .. the only girl who take order from us today her attitude is very bad its like she is doing favour on me ....even she didnt ask my ph. No. She has given an unknown number......I am regular customer of this branch but for the first time had a very bad experience.

Crusher quality was very poor. The employees told us that the crusher machine was not working amd after making us wait for about 1hr they delivered melted crusher choco lash. Also we had to literally tell them 6 times to turn on the AC.

Its ok . not bad but other outlets taste better ,it was very oily after the skin crust for large chunky chicken pieces..u dont have many option if u want crispy fried chicken so anyway u might come here

Nice place to have yummy KFC chicken fresh n beautiful in texture. Lovely staff n clean environment. Its just near to reliance mall trends. Parking issue is there so come on 2 wheeler. Its on main road from barrackpore to Ichapur .

No complain about foods, it is similar to all other KFCs. But the ambience is a bit crowded for the weekends. Very popular with the youngsters.

No temperature checks, empty Sanitizer bottle, empty liquid hand wash when I visited it on 21 March 21 at 17.45 hours, no complaint on food, remains awesome as usual. KFC you are top international brand, please focus on these critical things, covid 19 is still around.

Delicious, but amount is less compared to the cost

This place is good to seat back for couple of hours and can enjoy there meal. Can visit with ur family or friends anytime. There service is prompt but they need to be more careful while providing such foods. Coz manytimes carelessness can be the reason of not providing fresh or hot food rest others things are fine.

Great location. Big area inside. But they need more sitting area. After 5, it becomes a fish market. So many people and so little sitting arrangement.Also the staffs need to be tidy up. I literally saw one of the servers scratching his d**k over the trouser and not washing his hands, just continued with serving food to customer. Thats a big NO NO!Oh, they need to turn the volume down of the music. Too loud!
