I usually receive couriers at least twice a week. They arrive through all courier services including Bluedart, xpressbees, Fedex, Amazon, DTDC. Honestly, among all DTDC is the worst. Its never reliable. They send couriers back if argued with the customer. They sometime even refuse to deliver within the city. Mostly they would ask to pick it from their stall. Staff is not at all cooperative.I am editing the review as a reply to DTDCs comment. They are asking where their fault is. I agree that their service is limited to cities. Do you not find responsible for collecting couriers that are supposed to be delivered in remote areas? You have send my courier back two times. Why do you accept a courier if thats not deliverable to the location? Thats your first and foremost fault.Dont say that sender agrees to deliver at nearest city port. If thats the case Amazon never agrees that. Amazon delivers door to door. Why do you accept amazon orders if they are not deliverable to the address?

Did not like the service. No one should prefer their services. They refuse to deliver at location. Ill quote their wordings Laike jana laijo, nai tan asin wapis bhej dene aa.

Its a renowned courier service. They will help you package the items in case you are not able to do it yourself. They are very patient in their work.

Fast and secure place to parcel your things

Did not delivered my parcel i paid 400 rs shipping to the vendor still they were like you have to pick it up from their office. When i requested them that im out of town just deliver the parcel they confirmed the adress with me but never delivered and stopped answering my calls so i had no option other than sending someone to pickup my order
