Bad customer service. I wanted to purchase the product through credit card. But they were not able to swipe the card because the machine was not working. Then I gave cash with the deal that card will be swiped in next two days and cash will be returned. They took 6 days to swipe the card. Another 6 days to return my cash to me only. What can we expect if we have to get something from their end if they can take so much time in returning my cash. Also they offered 1 year insurance on product, but dont even know where to claim it or no document for that.PS: Nothing relating to product or the company. Just the service of LG shoppe..
