Great place for the adventure events ☺️ .. the holy place of maa Narmada river. Also known as brahmand ghat where God Brahma shown his austerity...

Good place for taking holly bath in River Narmada.One should visit this place if they are traveling on North-south Corridor.

Good place to visit, water is shallow so you can easily enjoy the only problem is crowd and dont forget its India so dont expect much hygiene..

This place is on Sagar to Narsinghpur road. A large number of devotees come here. A fair is also held here, then people come here in large numbers.You can take a dip in the Narmada river at Barman Ghat. You can feel the spirituality here. This temple of Sharda Mata is very amazing. You can also enjoy boating here. There is a temple of Lord Shiva here.Across the river is a grand statue and temple of Lord Shiva. People also perform bone immersion here. Some distance away from this is Satdhara from where seven streams emerge. There is a lot of depth here from the bank of the river itself. Many pundits live here from whom people worship.

Barman ghats are very well known ghats in the nearby area on the banks of Narmada river. They are usually visited by pilgrims and people doing last rituals of their loved ones. Their mortal remains are submerged into the holy river Narmada.Northern Bank of the river Narmada are usually used by people from Sagar and nearby districts whereas southern banks are visited by people from Narsinghpur and nearby district.There is a temple on the hilltop on an island in the centre of the river, which is very mesmerizing.

The brman ght is situated at the bank of river narmada near barman village which is a spiritual place for all near by people where yearly millions of peoples visits to have bath in narmada...There is lot of tourism but not much maintained and development by MP government...There is huge hunuman statue opposite to the barman ghat and also a narmada devi temple which is in which marble looks awesome...How to reach barman- you take take direct bus from jabalpur,narsingpur.. Its just 25-30 km from narsingpur

Most of the marks go for the religious experience. Cleanliness is highly wanting. Lack of civic sense of people from the rural populace leaves a lot to be desired. Road connectivity is excellent at present. MP Tourism is doing great job in providing better amenities but the upkeep depends on the visitors.

It gives me great pleasure, satisfaction and peace.

This time barman ghat looks a bit clean may be because of Corona or our pm cleanup drive but looks good as compared to past.
