Jérôme cafe is absolutely lovely- seating indoor and out in the center of the shopping district in Bari. Go there for their espresso granita with whipped cream. Its served at almost every bar- but this one is quite good! Their frozen espressino with chocolate is also delicious. Espressino Freddo is like a frappe but smaller and way more delicious. Jérôme cafe also has aperitivi. Go there for sweet and savory!

Arguably the best place in town for breakfast. Extremely central, kind staff, great quality overall on food and drinks.Vegan croissants with apricot jam is the best a vegan can ask.

I would give only 2⭐, despite on good cappuccino ⭐5 and tasty cheesecake & croissant👌. The service was absolutely terrible: unfriendly, rude, without any basic manner!!!👎

We are living nearby and finally had time for coffee and desserts. The place is very cozy. Coffee and desserts are very tasty. The service is poor. The waitress Angela was not nice. She just put plates and cups and left. It looked like she hated her job.

Very friendly waiter, very very nice and clean place. Cocktails are delicious and the ice cream is fresh made. Prices are rather low for the offered quality, would certainly go here again!

Nice drinks and friendly stuff

We had passed this cafe on our way into Bari centre many times and it was always busy with locals looking very elegant, sipping their coffee and chatting. We decided to go inside and order their set breakfast as it was out last day. At a little over €9 it wasnt cheap but it was delicious, the fresh orange was gorgeous and the jams amazing. With the beautiful surroundings and quality of food this place would be considered a bargain in England! It had a very Parisian feel, if Im permitted to say that of an Italian cafe!

Great place to have coffee and drinks (espresso of course), especially while other family members are shopping in the area. Service from our friendly and smiling waitress Angela was the best. Was there 3 times during my holiday and enjoyed the atmosphere and people watching. Can’t wait to go again the next time I’m in Bari. Ciao!

Poor service! Ordered toast, recieved a ham & cheese toastie and was told I had to pay for it and no manager was available when I asked to speak to one! When I said I would call/leave a review about my experience, only then was I told I would not have to pay according to the chef that was the owners father. I would suggest the owners explain the importance of customer service. I would not recommend this place. Its a shame because this place looks lovely and the coffee was great but poor service is not made up for by that! Its Italy- I can get good coffee and better service elsewhere!

Very classy looking café with plenty of outdoor seating, serving a great range of drinks and finger food. Smartly dressed friendly waiters and waitresses ensure that you are looked after. Looking at the place you might expect to pay more.

My 2nd time visiting here. A delicate little place with fine detail. Outside and indoor seating. Variety of sweets to choose from. They do have someone on staff that speaks English. My favorite is the nesprissino freddo. Ive had it at other places but it tastes more rich here.

Im used to places that display a sleek exterior but then the quality leaves something to be desired. In this case, the quality of Jéróme Cafés service and products is proportional to the character of its friendly employees and the quality of the products.I loved the croissants with the different fillings, along with my cappuccino. The patisserie of this place tests my self control over my gluttony.Ill be back, I added this property to my favorites.

Management changed a few months ago. He already had his why before. It is now a bar that has been further perfected. Basically a classy bar. Very good quality, experienced through a rather full-bodied aperitif, accompanied by a more than decent blueberry juice. What is most striking, however, is the treatment given to the customer. It rarely happens that, despite the closing time has passed, no one comes to bother you by ordering you to leave. Well, thats exactly what happened here in Jérôme. I was seated for more than a quarter of an hour past closing time, yet no one came to tell me I had to leave. I really appreciated this kindness. These are the details that make the difference, and that also make you forget the two euros paid less or more than in other places. Congratulations and keep it up.

The place would seem very exclusive. However, the staff is very weak - gives the impression of being very bored, which the customers even disturb. A great experience, beautiful and refined, open for about a year.It offers many types of desserts that are difficult to find elsewhere.I recommend the waffles and the brownie cake.There is always a lot of crowd and you cant book.Unfortunately it is difficult to find parking and the prices are high but the quality is very high, so for now in my opinion good money is spent.

What to say if not wonderful? The best of Bari in my opinion. The restaurant is wonderful, right in via Sparano (central area) and the staff is polite to the max. I always feel beautiful every time I go here to drink a simple coffee. I recommend the macarons, assorted and exquisite flavors. Fantastic, really.

Very very elegant café on the corner with Via Sparano. Between sweet and savory you are spoiled for choice. We had an aperitif, or some backs made of hot pieces and chips. My experience has been very positive.

Definitely a more sober location than the other venue in Corso Cavour. However, it remains very appreciable. As for the other venue, the prices are average considering the size of the products which have an incredible presentation and aesthetic sense but which in some cases leave a little to be desired in taste. Very helpful staff, great place to stop after a long walk

Nomen omen: the name is an omen. Since it is a café, this is in the center of Bari. A pleasant stop with coffee - here accompanied by a small carafe of water - and newspaper. Thus time passes, and returning to stroll in via Sparano - not to be missed - is happier after the refreshing break.Refined and unobtrusive staff.

Maybe a proper blend of better quality would be the icing of excellence.The many cars that pass in front of the cafe spoil the atmosphere of the tables outside a bit.Recommended. Prices above average, but not excessive for the context.
