Very very poor..Everything was old and cold.Upon complaining I was told that I should have checked upon delievery.So its up to you...you should order...you should check..you are the one responsible not KFC.

KFC Bareilly centre Staff is not responding well to his Customers.They are not telling about the time & details of order.Order is not prepared automatically ,it is prepared when you show your order slip after waiting too much time.

Quality was good as expected but experienced some delay in home delivery, which resulted in not so hot dinner.

I have order tandoori burger and medium popcorn. but instead of popcorn, they gave me medium french fries. . i didnt expect this from kfc.yet no response on calling from them

If you dine in, it has the best food tender and juicy chicken with plenty seasoning but if you order online the quality and service downgrades a lot.the first time i ordered they messed up the order and didnt deliver two burgers. I had ordered the combo burgers which had one chicken burger and one chicken tandoori. I ordered two combos but upon checking there were only two burgers. I talked with the management and they delivered the remaining items.The second time I ordered large chicken popcorn along with a bucket.In the popcorn chicken, it was mostly just breadcrumbs without chicken. I thought it would be in a just one or two but most of them were like that. There was little to no seasoning. It tasted bland.the chicken in the bucket was was not at all juicy and very very dry.I have never been so disappointed with any KFC franchise I have ever visited.

Ordered zingers and a bucket- highly disappointed as the chicken lacked flavor, tasted stale and wasnt juicy at all. Regretted ordering and wont order from the Bareilly outlet going forward. Some of the pieces were red or black after removing the outer layer, didnt seem fresh at all.

Frankly, I wanted to rate it in negative but that option isnt available here, so I am rating it 1-star. Its absolutely atrocious. I have tried it thrice in the hope of some improvement over last 4 months, but there has been no improvement at all. In fact, it has been worst KFC experience and the food has no standard of KFC as elsewhere. On all 3 occasions, I went with friends and they all share the same opinion. We have decided not to visit this joint of KFC again.

Very poor service ....my order by swiggy was send incomplete...and after my complaint they promised to deliver my pending order ...but not received even after one hour...later the person refused to deliver my pending order...the phone number of the person....

The most horrible service. Customer service is very horrible. Requested for a hot burger despite of waiting still received a cold burger.

The service at this branch of KFC is really good. The staff is well mannered and polite. My second last visit there with my brothers, it was quite late at night when we got there but they remained open for us and even gave some extra chicken pieces.

KFC need to bring original chicken to India not just plain and salty one

A shoddy and poorly managed place. Please avoid it or else spoil your mood for the day.Visited today was welcomed with non functional POS machine. Subsequently served with hot diet Pepsi, cold & leathery fries. Pepsi glass served was tasteless due to excessive ice cubes in it. When asked for a cold diet Pepsi, after billing serving staff refused saying that they dont have it cold. After much pusuasion the amount was refunded by ill trained non courteous staff.Requested for suggestion book on which a temporary bundle of paper bound together with a spiral was produced with no semblance of a suggestion book of a renowned food chain outlet writing on which was like waste of effort.Need tremendous improvement to live upto the name of KFC or else rename it to Kanpuria Fried Chicken thus making it more apt.

Kfc phoenix, has lost there charm with no serious business policy.. Customers are waiting along the long line waiting for there turn, it felt like i am in some vandara. 1 star.
