Average and slow service quality.

I stay in Rajinder Nagari. Been using Vodaphone operator for decades. However, its network issues have become quite troublesome lately. One does not get the signal inside the home and messages take a lot of time to be delivered. While making a call or using data, I instinctively prefer the other operator first. My friends often complain about the poor quality of its network. This should be a wake-up call for Vodaphone since it has also acquired Idea and can take a leading position in the telecom sector.  Also Im fed up of there autocut policy my balance gets deducted automatically due to some services.....

FRAUD STORE OF VODAFONE THEY ARE EXCESS CHARGING OF ANY SERVICES OF VODAFONE. THEY CHARGED RS. 300 FOR DUPLICATE SIM INSTEAD OF ACTUAL VALUE OF RS. 50

Cooperative n helpfull staff, however no proper parking space available specially for four wheelers..

Service is fine , but its better to you use Jio sim , as it provides good network strength and good internet speed with high quality voice calling , Vodafone Airtel idea all companies are robbers , but just because of Jio everyone is able to use internet

Pathetic customer service....they sell their product by providing fake and wrong information about tariff plans...they mentioned d plan of 299 rental and activated 399 rental plan on my no...this should b considerer as fraudulent practice of this vodaphone store employees...action should b taken by higher officials of d company
