Very Poor Customer Service.I called their store to get Information on AC brands.During Pandemic time, people are trying to know information instead of vising place first hand.I called and store doesnt know about the model year of brand and price and insisted to visit, How will you sell your product if you are not sure of basic details of product to customer.You guys are living in old age era. Please grow up in digital era

Everything seems good until you buy the product. I ordered refrigerator. They have pathetic delivery. I was promised for next morning 10am delivery. I called at 10:45, no body picked up the phone. I called at 11:30, a guy replied saying the store is just open,call after 1 hour. Again I called at 12:30, they said we will deliver in evening. I called at 4 again totally exhausted waiting. He told the item is out for delivery. I got a call again at 4:40. The guy was asking address and told the item is about to dispatch. I am still waiting for delivery. Be careful before you choose this store.

Show room was excellent .The behaviour of the sales person was very nice .They explained all information about the product very clearly .I will like to give 5 out of 5
