Very bad service during COVId. It has been 10th day that I have not received my RT-PCR report yet even after multiple calls. No proper management at the center and the service providers are themselves reckless that they dont wear mask while collecting samples which may cause contamination of samples. Also, there is no crowd management, people in queue are not maintaining any social distancing at the center,,, neither there is any restriction from center to maintain social distancing while standing in Queue. I am highly disappointed form services. This center charged me 1900 RS for RT-PCR however, there others are charging 900Rs. And yet no proper response. Complain number also does not work.

Home collection services are satisfactory but visiting lab is pthatic. General Staff is unskilled & unprofessional. Seems just opposite of setup created.1. Had to wait for more than 45 minutes on registration counter for X-Ray & ECG payment & receipt.2. It took further 1 hour for X Ray.3. Then X Ray film was given after 50 Min without any Radiologist findings.4. Report was given next day.

On k.k hospital road...great for m.r.i, ct scan xray, u.s.g and other pathology test and eye clinic is also there...little crowded but nice and clean..wating area is available .parking available

Worst diagnostic center I have ever come through. There is no management of anything as well as staff is so unprofessional ...they should be taught that how to behave with patiens.They are just making money from all the patients.Staff behaves as if they are the doctors and give u suggestions.At first they will assure you about the report that you will receive in this time period and afterwards they are not paying any attention. Be it their xray reports,ecg,blood report all the services are so pathetic.....staff is mastered in making excuses....I wish I could give 0 star to this place........if anyone wants reliable reports and want to save time then its better to visit anyother diagnosictic center....

Worst pathology lab in Bareilly.No management .. complete chaos.I was given time of 3:30 pm to come for 2D Echo test . However doctor arrived after 4:45pm.I was sitting and waiting among so many patients in this covid time, risking my life.Will never suggest anyone to visit this lab.There are many other good labs in Bareilly.

Worst Service....never go over there for any service.Its been more than a week and I have still not received my and my mothers COVID RT-PCR Report.My father used to visit the lab 3-4 times in a day daily and they used to do fake promise to provide report the next day.Even the Ct-Scan report we have got after 2 days.Never ever go over there.Let me tell you guys people who had given this lab 5-Star are either the employees Of the lab or the relative of the Owner of this Lab.Pathetic lab.

Stay away from this place, especially if you want to get tested for covid! Horrible service! They are charging Rs 1900 for RT-PCR test, which is exorbitant as UP government has put a cap of Rs 700 on such tests. Then the conditions at their lab are pathetic. People are roaming around coughing without any mask on, even their own employees!! If you are not infected, you surely will be if you go there! I decided not to risk it, so they agreed to collect my sample at home at an additional charge of Rs 500!! I agreed to that and was told after the sample collection that the results will be available within 48 hrs. Now, 96 hrs and hundreds of phone calls later, I still havent received my result..In short, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Testing system totally collapsed in Govt and private as well , I walk in first 300 Bedded hospital nobody there to reply you and give information then I decided to go Focus Path Lab as suggested , In this time where patients footfall is higher only 1 guy available at reception who is registering patients for COVID -19 test almost I waited an hour at reception to get myself register for COVID -19 test,I gave my sample on 16th , Friday they promised reports within 48 hrs. still no report till I am writing this post, its my humble request for management to increase staff and reduced report time as its costing so much for patient health, Besides if I talk about environment over there even staff itself not wearing their masks properly even few of them without masks working and there no social distancing between patents standing in Queue,

Worst LabThey make patients wait for so long even my son talked to the manager whose cabin is just behind the reception he is very rudeWe have submitted 700 ruppes for ultrasound and came back without ultrasound from the long queue as patient is suufering from stone pain.Main thing is initally we have said we cant wait much is is possible to get ultrasound faster the receotionist replied Surely we tryBut when we reach at uotrasound desk there patients are waiting from 2 hours just for the report onlyHorrible and that Manager is very arrogant.

Their charger are very high like 1900 for RTPCR test. They told me that they are doing RT PCR Truenat test. Its costly and fast.Two and half days have been passed since sample taken by them.No report yet and now after passing 2 full days, they are saying they just put the sample for test. I doubt about their test report.Patient has been waiting for further treatment.They are irresponsible at their best.

I have given my sample for RT PCR testing 9 days before and I was told to get the report 5 days after the sample was given. I am calling them since last 4 days and they dont pick the call... sometimes pick the call and promise to send the report till the evening, or in 2 hrs. They are fooling in this time of crisis. They have taken the whole sum of 1450/ from me and now not sending the report.

It took 8hours for them to do HDCT scan for my brother and father.They dont have any proper system of telling how much is the wait time. Both my father and brother(covid positive) had to wait for 8hours to get the scan done. Worst lab i have ever seen in my Life. I have given my Sample for the test COVID RTPCR on 18th April,the staff told me that ill get my report in next 48 hrs. But till the time while writing my review i didnt get my report of COVID test . Staff is also very rude. From last 4 days Im taking follow up for my report Staff always say k sir kal ayegi apki report on every phone call they said kal ayegi report. One of employees his name is Anuj Saxena who is working over there he misbehave with me when i asked for my reports from him.Mr Anuj Saxena told me that they are exhausted with the testing kits, if it is true then why should you taking the sample for testing. Finally after fed-up with these people Im writing my review. It is not a diagnostic center its a patient looting center. Till time Im not sure whether i get my reports or not. It would be better if had given my sample to some government covid center. I spend my 1900/- to get the report earlier. Strongly not recommend this center for COVID test

The radiologist is too unprofessional, she doesnt understand the concern of their patients. Also the staff is complete pathetic, they ask money from patients for early appointment or else give you late appointments, and also put files based on the moneh you give to them.I dont know why it is so popular in the area!

Pathetic service I have submitted my sample on 14th for covid 19 check up, still report not shared, when i am calling no one is giving response, today morning over the phone some lady told that report has come, but when i went they told its not.They have now stopped attending my calls, i am not well they have charged 1900 ₹ and this is response.
