Staff behavior is very poor . They constantly stare at you and they will also order you where to sit depending on the price of what you ordered. Staff is rude and they have their own attitude. They have no respect for their valuable customers.

Great place but staff is not that good. They are slow and confused persons they once even gave someone else my order so the staff needs a bit off training.

Food quality and preparation isn’t up to the mark at all.Staff isn’t professional, seems like we dined with a local dhaba as waiters were at their worst in service, after complaining about food and service, we got our food re-prepared but that was after a long wait which resulted us to leave the restaurant without even consuming the food which we have paid for, I complained to Mr. MD (Managing Director) who was seating at the counter, he wasn’t even ready to take the feedback and said it happens, I heard two more customers at the same time complaining about food to him, but he took it very casual and didn’t entertained them too. I would not recommend this restaurant for fine-in.

I had gone to Bansari Wala Restaurant with my colleagues after reading some good reviews on Google. Among the good things, the interior and ambiance is really good. The jungle theme is surely eye catching. Coming to the food, the two starters that we ordered tasted quite good. However the main course dishes really lacked taste and seasoning and to top it one of the paneer dishes had a hair which really spoiled our experience. The service was good at the start but by the end we literally needed to shout to catch waiters attention. So quite a bad experience after all.

Best experience at Basariwala.. Theme is good and food is tasty.. Staff is very well educated..

3 star yes 3 star these stars belongs to your food taste and ambience and remaining two which i have not given is for your unproffesionalism and they are as follow1}Kitchen door was open till i had my dinner2}Untrained waiters3}Slow service4}Plates and cutlery were not clean (please ask your cleaner to clean it properly their was so much of oil when served its very unhygienic).At last i just want to say the food was delicious and was of good quality and i wish you may maintain the quality and taste.Will visit you again and hope for the improvement.

Very mismanaged staff also receptis, & conditions alow after 7:30 PM no South dises are available in upper portion of restaurant. Only dinner but you can order South Indian dises with diner .Very disappointed

This is a relatively new addition to the gourmet scene of Bareilly. However this has proved to be a good place for vegetarians. All preparations are good. Service is good. Ambience is great and you would like the differently themed décor. On the plus side, the choice of Dinshaw ice-cream and South Indian platter is a welcome change. Parking is at roadside and being on a busy road may give problem at times. Apart from the multi-cuisine restaurant, sweets and namkeen are also available on sale.
