Worst Management and Worst Service. It has been almost 3 yrs. and Struggling to have booking via them. They do not respond so that after some time member fed up and book directly as their own

What a scam. We have paid 1.75 lacs sum towards vacation package. Its been 4 years, we still struggle to make bookings to desired locations. Its a simple strategy for them. They, for sure, invest our money in Stock Market and other schemes and forget customers for providing reasonable service.

We followed up with them for 6 months for booking of hotel.At last, after continuous follow up they provided for 4 nights only and not the hotel that we wanted. There is no online system for booking. No one replies to mail or picks up the call. Don’t go for this. Beware!!This company is fully cheated and fraud. Don’t trust on them.

I visited so many properties of SM Vacation World. This properties are really awesome and well furnished. Staff is very supportive and promptly respond. I also got Free 2N/3D voucher and my experience was really good.

SM vacation is one of the best service provider. The Staff is very co-operative and timely respond. Ambience is very awesome. Food quality is available so fresh and healthy. Hotels rooms are very well furnished and hygienic.

Awesome services and the resorts under them are really awesome. We visited kufri resorts which was very good and the location too was very good,moreover, members get 20% discount on food in almost all of their hotels and resorts

They are the most unprofessional company. At the time of taking the membership they make big promises regarding their services but later u came to know that these all are fake. They even hide some crucial information to trap you. I never recommend this company.

In my opinion this is run by some people and they never provided hotels or date as per your choice.Not even member of RCI.I am member for last more than one year and i have submitted RCI form but till date i have not received RCI card and on enquired found there is no company with RCI in the name of SM VACATION. They never pick up phone and never reply to your email.Pl dont waste your money.

Very Bad Experience with SM Vacations. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible towards customers.Creates problem everytime when we want to avail our membership benefits.

They are not even a member of RCI as I am a member of SM vacation for more than 1 year but till date I have not received RCI card. No body is responding or picking up phone. I think we should come together to raise our voice against this fraud company. Also, highlight in local newspaper like Danik Jagran or Amar Ujala. After enquiry from RCI office, we got to know that there is no registration on the name of SM vacation. Stay away from this company to save your hard earned money.

The service of smvacation/supertech hospitality is awesome, at present no match of its services. The free coupon for dinner and spa along with complimentary birthday cake is fantastic idea. A totally value of money product.Its is much much cheaper than its competitors like club Mahindra but locations and features are the same

One of the cheater company who is calling couples to hotel country inn, Meerut and compelling them to become member. Very bad way of promotion I have ever seen. First they will call you on your mobile without telling the purpose in the shelter of a big hotel name, yelling that you will get a free holiday voucher. The moment you go and meet them, they will give you a form to fill instantly, without taking your will. Then the process of showering their lucrative will start without taking your interest. Moreover they will not offer you any hospitality, tea coffee/ dinner. Cheapest and deceiving way of promotion I have ever seen. I request all of you not to waste time with such cheaters and take the holiday packages online. You have already seen the results of Club mahindra and rci way of businesses.

Awful experience... very poor and fraud people..fake promises wrong commitment

We had purchased a silver plan for 6 nights and 7 day holiday package at 20000 and I paid via credit cards.After that I checked the online rate was 14999 only for the same package,When I complained, their representative had written in my order copy for food voucher of 2000 rs.But I did not received the voucher and nor it is mentioned in my confirmation letter.More over while purchaing, they are telling big story audit when it came to delivery, this company do what ever that can do.I made a request to book a room for 3 adults in manali two months before, but they are offering dhenolty only again I required for gantok, they again offering dhenolty.I am asking to refund my hard earned money but no response on that.Pls pls no one should believes on this company .Worst experience.RegardsHonish bindra
