In that 2 chair broke in some dino why plastic was hard. I met this guy after 2 weeks and told him about the incident. Up to this point, he had not explained the guarantee process, did not even pay the bill (I did not ask for the bill [neither the sales boy offered the bill] that day and paid cash in a hurry). This proved to be the biggest mistake of buying goods from a local shop like Prem Merchants. When asked to check in CCTV, they started saying how long will we check CCTV.On 27-August-2021, I took the chairs to the shop for replacement. Now its sales boy told another rule, you have to pay 50 more per chair return fee. All these conditions, when the chair was taken for the first time, no one condition/rule was mentioned, at the time of replacement, all this drama started.In desperation and knowing that traders like Prem Traders are robbing the client and ready to fight to any extent, I dropped those chairs and asked them to build the Taj Mahal as he was ready to settle on any solution. did not agree to. Which my being and moral right was proposed. Somewhere the governing body is also responsible for this mess. The rule has been created but the implementation is void.So, sharing my feedback so that no one else goes through the same pain and loses their hard earned money. Beware of this guy and keep your money safe and buy stuff from other shops.Looks like this guy is not doing good business these days. Therefore, these fraudulent business tactics are developed to rob the customers.
