Poor work culture

My Name is Vijay Gupta. I am from bareilly city.I would like to highlight about bareilly development Authority. This is about the plot possession issue pending more than 9 years. bda has published the plot Advertisement under Ram ganga Nagar Yojna in august or September 2010. I registered for 112.5 sq meter plot & paid all known charges to bda with 12% interest rate for installments to own the plot but still there is no transparency about the plot Registration & Stamp duty formalities. As per the bda a case is pending in court against farmers (who were the owner of the Land sold by bda) this will take another year to make picture clear about land but bda has made all this communication verbally.Along with me there are more than 300 people who bought the land from bda & waiting for Possession.its been a long time since bda has taken money and there is no transparency from bda for land possession and dont know about delay further. I went to ask for money to return back verbal official said dont put money refund application in written Bda has nothing in their hand and refund will also take years to initiate.I am filing this complaint for some resolution.Government administration in Bareilly or I should say BDA officers sitting useless & earning huge with Zero result for queries. & resolution full idle icon of corruption system.Thanks & RegardsVijay Gupta

The office of development authority is one of the worst place to visit.This building is not clean and the work environment is even worse.

वर्तमान तक योजना यूपी रेरा में रजिस्टर्ड नहीं है जबकि योजना की बुकलेट में यूपी रेरा में पंजीकृत होने का फर्जी दावा किया गया है, योजना के कार्य अधूरे हैं, रेरा के मुताबिक अधूरे विकास कार्यों पर प्लाट की पूरी कीमत बसूली नहीं जा सकती है, अधूरे निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता भी घटिया है।
