Delivery agent dont know even how to talk to customer they insist us on giving a good feedback #worst

Very poor service, after changing their office location , they didnt updated their new location at Google map and his/ her number dont have incoming call service .

This is good service provider.

Deliveryman calls to the customer but he himself does not respond. And kept the consignment undelivered stating the reason address is wrong. However the delivery on the same address is going on hazzle free from other courier .

They ship without complete information of sender that should not happen!

E com office is not here.It is at Prabhat Nagar Near Ram Janki Mandir.Prabhat Nagar ke gate ke ander entry karke thoda aage bade.Left hand gali ke saamne e com office hai.Left hand gali me na jakar pehle li dekh le ya fir gate par logo se puch le.
