It has franchise of Dell Service Support and Lenovo Service Support. Didnt make use of the service of my Dell laptop as it was out of warranty and the service is very costly though the issue was minor.

The worst customer i have ever seen trying to contact dell since last week but they put call on hold and never pick up even for 45 mins. And this dell service centre both the numbers are switched off. Never ever buy dell products.
