I like this school but there are some defects as follows:-1 No forgion languages like French.2 Doesnt have carom and chess.

Hartmann College was established in 1969 by the Capuchin priests. It has served the local community by maintaining high standards of holistic education. My School . i studied 5-7th class in year 1994-96. World Cup 1996 I was in Bareilly. Best school i ever studied.

One of the oldest school in the city and the best school for the children of Bareilly for ICSE board .. educated and experienced staff and also the management of the school is very good.

Class of 1987. I was here from 1975 started 1st std to 1979 finished 4th std. At that time we had Father Ignatius as the principal. Teachers were simply great. Several Anglo Indians. ICSE London was the curriculum. The best education foundation ever. I owe everything to that schooling. Even though I was a small boy then, I still remember the school so clearly. We had giant alphabets painted inside the class for kids. We had a funny belt as a part of the uniform. The ground was not cluttered and I used to go to school with my brother and 2 sisters. I remember the blind channa seller and the chat wallah. We had a small canteen, I remember I used to buy NP bubble gum! Father Ignatius would take his pet monkey for a walk some days much to our delight. Bareilly was a nice place then. We lived in the Air Force quarters closeby. I miss my school mates Rajiv Tripathy, Bunsal brothers very much. One of the best school days ever! Sekhar.

Its high time, you start giving one post to one person. Teaching and coordinating are separate jobs.Geography is a 100 marks paper. And frankly there is no one to teach it to the students of 10th B. Its a shame that students have to search on the internet about Topography. And whosoever is a victim of this shameful scenario of Hartman college, knows it very well that it is very difficult to find anything which is actually relevant to the syllabus of boards. Reason being that conventions differ from location to location.Cherry on the cake, students have to sneak in other sections to learn enough to get atleast passing marks. And when caught sneaking in, obviously they will be thrown out by the concerned teacher. These mentally harassed students dont know the syllabus also.If any teacher is reading this and thinking that why didnt these students check it from scope of syllabus, then let me remind you that this book, your so called scope of syllabus costs only 500 bucks or so. Obviously we bought it. What else can we do. But, we are paying very hard earned money for our childrens education and as a return in the end they have to run here and there for notes. The in-charge of all these activities going on is pathetic and should mend their ways. You are playing with the future of our children. There is a very bad thing called karma. And wait for it, it will definitely come back to you.
