Not so well maintained toilets but waiting area is well enough to stay for a while. Also ticket counter is quite visible and person in charge is always helpful.The place is not very, very busy and prone to havoc and traffic jams. Although police is always available for instant help.

This place is connected directly to Delhi lip Kanpur by A.C. buses..But for budaun you have to go old bus station.
