My wedding reception was organised here and it was a wonderful event. The ambience added to the occasion as well.Well managed place with courteous staffs.

It has pathetic. Service was horrible. No measures for covid. There was no parking available till 11 oclock in the night. Both the rooms were not ready so we had to change it that too when we checked in late in the evening and not in the morning. No water availability for 2 hours. When we requested to change the bed sheet n pillow cover they got it from the next room instead of changing into new that too after an hour. So there was no room service. TV was not working in any rooms. We ordered tea which was absolutely cold cos there flask was not working properly. I made a reservation for 5 people but instead got it for 4 people. I didnt get the services I paid for. Highly unsatisfied and would never recommend this to anyone.

Halted there for a night while enroute to Jim Corbett. Had a very bad experience. They supplied dirty water. Dirty linen were placed. TV was not working. You need to call for towel, water, electric kettle etc. They charge you 100 times what they deserve for their service.Please avoid.

It was very worst hotel and staff was so careless, you cant even expect any type of help from the staff. Arrangements were very 3rd class, no quality in food and staff were unable to fulfilling their duties.I dont want to give any single star.

Hygiene issues. Flies and moths in the hallways. Bad service. Cats and dogs within the alleys feeding on the dustbin leftovers. Pathetic.The rooms were nice on the inside though.

Good big rooms and hygiene factors are there

Stay was very good. Hotel is very neat and clean. Bathroom is very clean and clear. Room service is also very much satisfactory. Food quality is good in bafy breakfast hotel have number of variety and choices. Location is very suitable and it situated in heart of city and hotel is value for money.

Worst experiemce.Firstly room number 218 was allocated on 10 July 2019 where in bathroom door was not locking. after reminding twice person came and checked & said better you use it carefully as it can not be locked.It started raining in night and water started logging in room as mentioned in enclosed pics also. we contacted Mr Anuj at reception who sent a person and the person who came said it is not much of the water , you can continue and if not satisfied talk to reception. We some how convinced Mr Anuj to change the room (as he was also of opinion of his house keeping person that it is not much of the water and also Mr Anuj said that there is no room available so you need to continue in this water logged room) finally and surpisingly we got room number 209 (could not understand how a vacant room emerged which was not there couple of moments back)

Good, comfortable place to stay. But the biggest issue for travellers is that this hotel seems to be very popular for weddings. So if you have to stay here during wedding season, be prepared to have sleepless nights on account of loud music and other hullabaloo.

There were multiple issues mentioned as below:1. Wi-Fi not working at 2nd floor2. uncooked tandoori chicken3. corn and mushroom salt and pepper was only having mushrooms4. body lotion not available5. reception staff told me that because of rain our staff if late and we will serve breakfast after 8am wherein the timings were 7am6. buffet not available in breakfast nor dinner because hotel staff told that occupancy is less hence we can only serve in room worst service. I will never prefer to book this hotel.

Pathetic hotel. General manager is always on holiday with family. Peon is playing manager role. Infected and left over food is served. Be ready to admit in hospital if you plan to taste their restaurant or kitchen food. Government should take strict action against them. Who gives them license??

An overall OK Hotel. The ambience is nice. Delux rooms are of decent size. They are neat and clean. Electric kettle with tea sachets are provided. Unfortunately, there is no mini fridge in rooms.The hotel is located in town centre on Nainital Bareilly Rd. Railway Stn. is nearby. Kipps, the famous sweet shop of city is in walking distance, about half an km.The hotel needs to work on making its staff more customer centric. They should also improve coordination between their front office and back office, especially kitchen, apparently kitchen doesnt respond to front office in respect of customer requirements.

I stayed in one of the suites and it was plush with all amenities - good air-conditioning, comfortable bed, 50 inch LCD, enough storage, large bathroom with bathtub, double curtains to prevent sunlight during the day, large sitting area with a big sofa and table to sit with visitors, small refrigerator and good food made available by room service. Hotel has a gym and spa too. Given one star less because the bathtub was damaged in my suite and it needed minor maintenance to hide the old seepage marks on one of the walls.

Lovely service. Call housekeeping, room service, maintenance ........ anything they are there as if waiting outside your door for a call. Nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast was not in a buffet as the occupancy was low, but good food. Quick check in & check out. Overall a hazzle free comfortable stay. All marks to the SERVICE.

Hotel is equipped with Gyp, Spa and separte dinning lounge Koctail & curries which is renowned restaurant chain of City. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. At walking distance one can enjoy street side food and shopping at renowned clothing brands showrooms

Hotel LA is located strategically in the heart of Bareilly city. I also visited Kocktail and Kurries which is a restaurant by the same group and serves multi cuisines. The rooms are good and the avg cost of dinner for 2 with moderate drinks is around Rs.1500

I always want to stay in a hotel with a large window. Hotel has these windows in all their rooms but unfortunately the view one wishes was not available in mid city area. Rooms were fine.

Stay was very comfortable and this hotel is really serve services. I have ordered dinner during my stay and I found some scarcity in preparation of food. At time of bill settlement I raised my complaint and they have right off my complete bill. It shows that hotel is ready to understand the problem of their customers and improve the quality.

Running water from tap in washroom was like sewage supply. I was allotted room ***after complaining about the water they shifted me in #***. When I woke up in morning and thought for shower the water was same as #***. The staff was not cooperative at all. Hotel was not able to serve breakfast at 8:15 a.m. as it was complimentary. Whereas you can get breakfast at 6:00 a.m. when its chargeable. I dont want to give any star to this hotel but I have to give one because there is no option for that. I would like to suggest *****tech team to give the customer option of no star to property which they dont like. And if possible minus star it would be highly appreciated.

I have thrown my husbands birthday party in this hotel.....and I booked a room also there.....the stay was ok....but in party I mentioned FRUIT CREAM in the menu.....& They served to us.....& It was like yakkkkkkk.....it was rotten fruit cream.....my all family members had tasted..... their reaction was😵.....they worst my bday party......& They charged so high against alcohol......

Room service is very bad. Breakfast is the lowest quality. Only sandwich/bread pakauda provide. Sleeper, dental kit, saving kit, News paper not provide. Any time faulty any one equipment just like TV, AC, Bulb, Fan etc.
