This time warm welcome from hotel staff. Rooms were clean and service was also prompt. The only concern was TV was not functional.

Dirty bedsheets, uncleanness and unhygiene room, chairs were in so bad conditions, AC without remote control, TV without Set Top Box and food without any bill.It was a disaster staying there

Worst hotel I ever stayed, the prices were too high when compared to the quality of room and service provided. the restaurant was close but they didnt mention it , I tried to contact the hotel before arriving but no one picked up the phone.Toilets and walls of the room were not clean.water shortage issue also existed.I bedsheets and blankets were not sterile, No hotel is not sanitised appropriately neither they used temperature gun to ensure if a persons body temperature is ok or not huge carelessness during this pandemic.

Exceptional service. Got a Super clean room. Went beyond norms to help. Arrived early but they accommodated, my partner arrived at 2.30 am but they supported by sending a boy to station. Food was delicious. Great experience. I will never forget.

Rooms are good but washrooms are not clean and cisterns donot work in washroom. Neither do staff here is interested in addressing and resolving your issues. And incase you contact the third party with whom you booked hotel , hotel staff will intentionally not resolve your problems .

The Hotel staff is courteous with knowledge of their surroundings. the hotel has a good vibe and they treat everyone with utmost respect. Food is delicious but housekeeping needs to be a little quicker.

Good selection for a short stay. Staff are very friendly. Testy food with a limited choice. Rooms are quite big. We booked 2 rooms. ACs gives nice cooling effect. Nice scenic view of airport & mountain. As a whole we enjoyed the stay, planning to visit in the month of October this year for a small family gathering

This is economy hotel newly build, but dont expect much more.but as per price this is very good hotel, if you compare other hotel in this price. location is very near by from the railway station.will give 3 star as per price its 5 star

The food was not that great. So please find a better place in Barielly for food. The rooms were fine,not that great, the water was hot all times, so that was a good thing. The lighting in the rooms was not that great, the cleanliness was average. The location of the hotel is very close to Barielly Railway station.So if you are looking for a place for overnight stay near Railway station, its a good place to stay. Overall I would rate it 3 out of 5.
