This venue is awesome! I have attended many events here including my own engagement. The staff was so good and cordial. Even the arrangements and decoration were beautifully done. I am really thankful to General Manager for providing such great services. We really enjoyed our event here and it was really good. Everyone loved the venue and complimented us for the same.

Its a gud experience and evrythng ws quite fine. AC works very well but still as per room ambience they shud be changed as they r too old models.Approaching to markets is very easy as well as railway station at a walking distance. Hotel parking is a big satisfaction for car owners

Clean & specious room & washroom with all standard furniture/add-ons. Large+comfortable clean king-sized bed. Room tariff (through goibibo) & food cost are not high. Pathetic staff and the service provided. I booked the hall for naming ceremony of my baby. They took full payment before serving the food and deny the food unless full payment is made.AC was not working during the extreme summer. All my guests were just wiping sweat off their head all the time. And, upon asking for a small refund for this serious inconvenience. The hotel management acted very rude, unprofessional and denied any refund.Wont recommend for any service.Bathrooms were also dirty and fittings were not proper. They only applied a workaround for fittings while it was super dirty.

After searching so many hotels for my ring ceremony in Bareilly and I decided to choose East Lite and my decision was correct everything was awesome likecatering, service, staff, a decoration I mean everything was good. Was there to attend a wedding. Place is good with neat and clean rooms. The marriage hall named The Knot was very beautifully built and decorated. Parking is a pain. They open the parking space for food stalls and then they would ask you to park your vehicle in a narrow lane next to the hotel. The lane is a busy lane. We had to go 4 times to remove our cars and make way for other vehicles.

Excellent venue for your birthday party and small occasion. The knot hall is beautiful designed. Proper ac working in summer.food is too good.bathrooms neat and clean.Recommended to everyone.

I really liked East Light Hotel because the rooms and garden here are very clean and their way of decorating their food and seating plan is nice, so they provide very well service so we never faced any problem fell. Till date my guest has never had any problem with East Light, due to which our guests have always said that East Lite is a very good hotel.

Booked the hall for a personal event.Highly unprofessional practices. They take full money in advance before serving the food and then turns off the AC of the hall in extreme summer.All my guests suffered due to extreme heat and when I asked for a partial refund due to this inconvenience, they didnt entertain me by saying this is not in hotel policy.

Its a good place to have marriage ceremony with limited number of people. The main hall is not very big. I liked the way decorations were done in hall and garden. The only thing is that the service was quite slow

Extremely unprofessional staff and horrible services.Hotels room and washroom were dirty and stinky when I checked in and hotel staff was rude when I asked them to clean the room.Their charges are super high. They dont turn generator when the power goes off (which is often) and tell you that there is technical problem.

Staff bit rude when we ask about amenities you offering in Make my Trip package list. Reception person said us you are booked normal room not the Deluxe one.Room service pathetic never pick room service call untill we stayed there.Sometimes reception also not responding on call. This is really bad part of this hotel.

I went their for an engagement party ...They were very cooperative at first ...Then it all came down to where family members will eat only ....During this timeThey had a used plate right next to the wheat bread countersAnd when I asked the staff Are there any more plates available??I got a reply : “ Sorry sir they have asked for only 10 members “During this pandemicIf their staff can’t handle a group of 60-80 peoples and are so concerned about pricingThere is something very wrong with the management

My stay in this property was good , as i was not expecting this from this property- Baraily dont have much of an option when we look for good branded hotel but this hotel somehow gave me good fresh stay .- Room I stayed in was Deluxe Room , I got it for around 1800 with breakfast, Not bad I would say , you can get it more cheaper from oyo or Make my trip app , I did not explored that option , Room size was decent, washroom was clean , A/C , TV and other things were working just fine .- Food - I am Vegetarian and I somehow liked the food, for people who travel alot and like home food or miss home food hear you can get home type food , Nov veg is also available and prices are also balanced I would say - Menu pick attached- best things they have a beautiful garden well maintained were you can sit may be in the morning and enjoy your fresh cup of tea or coffee for the perfect start of the day .- Parking - they have good space available for parking.- Location- its on a station road so location fine.- other shops are also available near by - ATM , confectionery, Wine shop , bakery all at a walking distance.What ells we Need ? The staff is well behaved and prompt at service. As a solo traveler I found the place safe and comfortable. The restaurant menu though is average, the food quality is good. Would seriously recommend them to revise their menu including the complimentary breakfast service. Overall with terms to the charges, the hotel provides apt service.
