There is no good facilities inside the society and things are heavily overpriced comparing with the market rate. The shop keepers are rude and scammers. They would definitely try to scam you on your first shopping experience and few shopkeepers would talk to you in a rude way. Most of the houses are made in 2001 when this society was opened and since then majority of the houses are still standing on the same cement with same type old view. And mostly importantly, the society would go vanish in the water when it rains because it has a poor old drainage system.
