Its a good colony but entrance from mini bypass is very congested. And there is no board at turn so any one can feel difficulty in searching the colony. So a board is required at turn. Neet and clean inside.

Very good housing society located in Bareilly near the Nainital mini byepass.The society is few km from the main road.The area opposite the society is not that great , appears to be illegal colony with open drains.The society is exactly opposite of what is outside the main gate.As you enter the society you will be delighted to see lots of trees and absolutely clean surroundings.There are single storey houses in this society.Every house has a well maintainted garden in front.There is a Temple and a park in the society.The society is disable friendly.There is no issue of parking inside the society.

Nice place to buy property. Safe and in heart of the city.
