Pathetic service, Its been 4 days our AC is lying at our home but nobody has turned up from their side for the installations, I am tired of calling them again and again but havent received any call back or assistance from their side. Its a lesson to us and also to everybody please dont buy anything from them, they only say but dont stand up on their commitment.

I didnt see much discounts on prices.The prices were usually on the MRP.The store has good collection of items and you can find multiple brands and see their live demos.

Products are good and I visited there to buy an AC but staff and their processes are very bad. I recommend Reliance to change the staff and hire some professional people in this store.

I visit this place to buy speaker, and i got it. It offer gud deal on electronic and variety of product is more as compare to other shop

We ordered 5 star AC with wifi and they sent us lower model AC with low grade features. Poor Services that cause delay in delivery and installation.

Bought electronics appliances from here, since the last year Ive bought refrigerator, washing machine, Air conditioner, TV and soundbar.The employees are very good and helpful. They do have the knowledge of the products.Mr. Wasil and Mr. Sajid from Samsung team are very humble and helpful person. Ive negotiate good deals from them.To all of them who are reading this, Ask for extra discount, employee discount (apart from the price mentioned) from the employees and if there would be a discount they will definitely give you.Ive cracked good deals from reliance digital.The have very good after service, Reliance RESQ is the company that handles the after sales service of the products bought from reliance

Its an okay place- an electronics and electrical appliances mall basically but there isnt much variety for things and the prices arent too impressive either. Though there is an occasional sale on an item which I pretty genuine. I bought a 28L OTG from here and they had only a single unit which was on display and they struggled to pack it so bad that the styrofoam broke and it was a hassle to carry it home.
