The after-purchase communication and formalities are horrible. In my case, there was not a single representative from this shop who could provide the bills, receipts, warrenty card etc. on time. We had to wait for more than a week to get these papers and around 3 days for the installation of the purchased AC- that too, I have lost the count of how many times we had to call the owner and other shop members.Highly unsatisfied with their services.

WORST EXPERIENCE ever in my entire life. We received a dented fridge on our purchase here. Which was fault of the delivery person sent by the dealer, duly accepted by him as well. On demanding replacement, they offered us to change the door only which was dented. But on insisting for an entire day we were promised to get the product replaced next day morning. On waiting the entire next day when we called them, it was told to us that there was some delay in receiving the new units and it wont be possible to deliver til Monday. Again after waiting entire Monday when we called them, their employee said that please wait for 15 minutes, new fridge is almost reaching you. After some time on calling again they started avoiding calls and no fridge came still. Had to go to their shop again and fight about it, where the shop keepers instead of accepting their mis-information and faults called us illiterates abused us in front of everyone there. And we also got to know that they didnt had the purchased model in the inventory and was in transit from outstation. Then after a lot of hassle and mental anguish we received our fridge after 5 days after which we were asked to pay to the transporter person for delivery. Which was already paid to the dealer along with fridge cost, but dealer cursed us on phone as well and said that they would also not pay the delivery guy if we wont.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ERAThis dealer diverse 0 star because the delivery and servicing is worst.we have bought Split AC of Blue star.After delivery we found the AC cooling pipe is not proper installed & Gas not filled properly, Ac is not able to cool the room.Still they were not ready to listen our problem and their behavior was very rude.
