I got to know that this school has been illegally set up inside a disputed and illegally occupied property. I also heard that there is a court case going against the owners filed by one of the original owners of the property for illegally usurping their property. The building is also very old and there is no safety inside the poor condition of the building. There is no fire safety measures taken by the owners of this school. They are also not affiliated with any chess federation. I would recommend just stay away from these cheaters.
